I have bought 350.00 worth of Flip Flops from this store and 1 pair broke after 3 months use... Tried to ruturn (with original receipt in hand purchased on 03/13/2015) and was advised that they did not do returns. When I tried to contact the Store manager, I was advised that I would need to call back and that he was in a meeting, but could clearly hear HIM asking, who is it... I advised them I was a customer, the girl on the phone then tells me that if I call back in 20 to 30 min that she might be able to get me the manager, but not the owner... Olukai has advised me that it is the stores discretion to warranty their product... This store does NOT care about customer service or standing behind the products they sell, they only care about getting your money up front. I will not be shopping here ever again and would not advise any else to. Olukai has agreed to warranty the product... with 1 simple phone call and email. I wish you could rate as a negative Star... one star is too much ! Brian Jacksonville, Fl

DO NOT SHOP HERE! DECEITFUL AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE from buying and attempting to return unused sandals. Before buying them, I was told by the sales person they could be returned for a full refund if accompanied by receipt and if unworn with all tags on them. Only after buying them and attempting to return them did I find out that shoes cant be returned (its written at the bottom of the receipt but the sales person lied and said they could be returned). Management refused to honor what their sales staff told me and said no exception could be made. They deferred to the owner, Dan, who I tried to reach for 4 weeks but finally gave up after it became obvious that he was never going to return my calls. All that trouble for a $40 pair of sandals and they could have made a customer happy if they had just honored what they promised.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!. THEY SELL BROKEN WATCHES. Walking in the store all i can hear is agruments with the worker and boss. I bought a watch in here. Right when i walk in the car to put it on. the WATCH hand is twitching. 5 mins later it runs for 2mins then twitches again for 3hours. And the cycle goes on. I take it to get battery change and the people say its not that something is wrong. They cant do anything about it. The lady that worked there also told me to keep the receipt and i have 14days to get a refund. ** The receipt says no refunds** She lied. I called THE BOSS SAID ITS NOT HIS PROBLEM.**** THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN or something. THE BOSS NEEDS TO GO.

This store is owned by the biggest jerk in Jacksonville. I use to shop here all the time, including his "Zula" shop in PVB. That was until I came in one day and witnessed him screaming from the top of his lungs at employees, asking them if they were stupid, all because they forgot to turn a television on. Get lost loser.

I felt uncomfortable, mistreated, and gross. The employee told me that she is sorry and the owner forces them to invade the customers privacy!!!.... I will spend my money elsewhere. This place needs to close. I wish I could give this place a negative rating.

I love this shop and its employees. Everyone is so helpful and they always have the best sales. We just did our back to school shopping this weekend. My girls had a great time and it was all buy one get one 50% off.
