Fleet Feet Pepper Pike, OH has all the products every runner needs; Ive been buying my running shoes and everything else I need - nutrition, running watches, etc. since the day they opened. The sales associates KNOW what theyre doing...theyre experienced and they listen to the customers concerns. If I cant get the shoe I want because its not in stock, I never wait more than a week (in most cases the shoe I want arrives a couple of days later.) Love Fleet Feet!!

I felt that the manager that I worked with gave his full attention to me and the issues I was having with my current running shoes. He was not pushy or eager to sell a certain type of shoe-rather he analyzed my gait and suggested a few shoes, then let me try on the shoes and take my time jogging around to determine what felt best. I enjoy the personalized service at Fleet Feet. :)

I have been wearing the adidas adizero adios shoes for the last two years and they are great! I love running in the adios, but wanted a shoe for longer runs that had a bit more longevity. I was fitted in the adidas adizero Boston and I am hooked! These shoes are amazing. In addition to finding a new shoe that I love the I had a great experience.

Everyone was very helpful and went to great lengths to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchases. I was even allowed to "test drive" the running shoes to see which worked best. Yesterday I did an 18 mile run on my new shoes, and they were fantastic. Not a single blister, no missing toenails, and no achy feet. I could not be happier.

The staff is knowledgeable and Ive been happy with the shoes Ive purchased there based on their recommendations, which were based on their thoughts and not necessarily what I was thinking when I walked in. I am allowed to try out the shoes outdoors and return them if they dont work for me. That is incredible, I can see how my feet feel using my shoes in my life, not just walking around the house! Like that you have other brands for women versus the same Nike, Adidas, Brooks stuff. Also very non intimidating place. Sometimes the smaller stores feel that way when sales people pounce on you when you walk in.
