I bought a 2008 xl 883c in 2013, with a 5 year extended warranty and it is the worst purchase i have ever made. the extend warranty is bogus and does not cover anything like the manager of the place expresses, no battery, front tire with cracks, nor broken of foot brake peddle, and no towing. they had sold me the bike with a front tire that had cracks in it and the warranty would not cover the cost. i had the bike serviced for back break pads and the next day the bike fell over on its side and instead of the foot peddle rubber turning up the whole metal holder broke off from the frame of the bike and the bike would not start because the battery was no good, but would the warranty cover this? NO! anyone buying a bike should consider never paying $2200 for a 5 year extended warranty that the manager says is going to cover everything then covers hardly nothing at all. i will never go to bellmore harley again and definitely never have any service done by their service department. my advice to any bike owner is never get a extended warranty, because you would save more paying for any repairs yourself.

I bought a 2015 Road Glide special. I got a great deal and had all the additions and alterations done exactly as I wanted. Ive also went back and visited a dozen times, buying parts, shirts, and also have had my bike serviced twice. The staff is friendly, professional and atttentive. As an African American, Ive been in Harley dealers where the staff have completely ignore me. Eventually, Id walk out, and no one tried to stop me! Not acceptable when youre dropping 30 grand on a bike. At HD of Bellmore, I receive a warm welcome from each and every staff member I come in contact with. They go out their way to make you feel welcome and I really appreciate that. Even if its fake..... it sure feels good to be treated with dignity and respect! Kent was my salesman. He was referred by a friend, who also bought a Street Glide. Kent was friendly, professional and well versed with Harley Davidson. He was knowlegeable and answered all of my questions. I would gladly shop at HD of Bellmore again, and I would refer anyone to them to buy a motorcycle.

I recently purchased a Harley Iron 883 from Harley Davidson of Nassau county in May of 2016. Jim, my salesman was great and helped out with the purchase. It is currently August of 2016, and I havent put many miles on my bike, around 190 miles total. From day 1 ive been having neutral problems with the bike. Finally having some spare time I was going to bring the bike in to get repaired. But after speaking with the service department and salesperson, I was told i would have to pay for them to look at the bike and do a clutch adjustment. AFTER only 190 miles on the bike, this is how a dealer treats a new customer when their having a problem!!!!!! This is crazy!!!! I will be getting a refund on my extended warranty, and i refuse to take my bike back to this location for any repairs. Im am really disappointed. The dealership was perfect up until the sale of the bike. Then, it all went down hill very fast!!!!! DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Bought a used 2007 1200XL Sportster from here that was pre-installed with a Screaming Eagle air filter and Vance and Hines exhaust pipes. Bought the 2 year extended service plan and a screw from the intake that was on my bike when I purchased it, was sucked into the motor less than a year after purchase. Completely destroyed the motor and this is not covered by the warranty because its a "Foreign Object" when its from the bike itself. Harley has offered me no compensation and the motor costs 6,000$ for a rebuild. Ive been without a bike for 4 months and I will NEVER buy a Harley again and recommend you really think about buying one.

Had work done on my Harley here and I cant say enough great things about the entire staff. From reception to sales to service everyone had a wonderful attitude and were genuinly excited to come into work because they are living their passion. To top it off they all ride on a regular basis and can truly understand as well as empathize with everyone that walks through their doors. Not only have I developed new relationships, ive made sincere friendships and couldnt be more thankful.

Worst customer service. Just to start off calling them, they would pick up and hang up without a hello or anything. Went into the store to order parts twice and then to buy a new street glide. Ended up buying it from Manhattan Harley at $3,000 less and they were very professional as opposed to Bellmore Harley. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

My wife and I have purchased 3 new Harley Davidson CVO’s from Byron over the past 5 years. He’s a great person to deal with. But, I would be remiss if I didn’t compliment their service department. They consistently go out of their way to satisfy all our service needs, even including follow up phone calls. Service as it should be. What a concept.

Joe in parts is great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. I went 5 weeks ago to pick up engine guard from him. Then I went back last weekend to pick up sissy bar and he remembered me and what bike I ride. What a great guy! As for the place its one of the smallest dealerships I been to. I have not yet tried their service departments but I will.

I notice the owner responded to numerous 5 star ratings but NOT ONCE did the owner respond to the negative reviews, I guess he couldnt be bothered to refute the claims or do right by the customer who spent money in HIS store. That right there tells you a lot.

Bought in for 1000 miles service.They had bike for TWO hours charged $320 for service. I gave them the oil and filter. Did not touch anything on bike. Fuel door latch and horn did not work properly on way in and way out. So....HOME OF THE $300 OIL CHANGE

Salesmen are good, sales managers try and squeeze the buck out if your pocket. Apparel is great. Parts are busy and good. Service one of the better dealer shops on Long Island, the techs have a passion for your bike. Where i go for service

What a great place! Bought most of my motorcyles over the last few years here. They provide the best customer service before, during and after the sale. I wouldnt go anywhere else for service either!

Dont bring your bike here to be serviced. Especially if it is an older model bike. It will leave their service center in worse shape than when it went in. I would post zero stars but it wont let me.
