This petco is the worst I have ever been to. No help at all in the store. The employees are not knowledgeable about the paperwork you need for adopting animals, and the manager named Patrick is very unreliable. My cashier I went to was supposed to give me my paperwork for my ferret with the guarantee code and birthday on it. I called him the next day to get her birthday and code because I live an hour and a half away, and he took my name and number, 7 hours without hearing from him, I called him. He "couldnt" find my paper and just gave me a birthday and code that wasnt for my ferret. I called marshalls the next day and they told me that he must request it for me to prove I bought her. I called him after I got odd the phone with them and he, once again took my info from me and told me he would call. Here I am day 3, and he hasnt called them and my ferret isnt and cannot be registered.

I had a purchase I wanted to return and lost my receipt, and Connie (GM) spoke with me on several occasions and met with me for the better part of an hour to get the item returned. She took time out of her day to get the transaction complete. Awesome customer service. Thank you!

My wife and I have taken our 4 month old Yorkie to Petcos Puppy 1 and Puppy 2 class for training and its awesome. As soon as I pull up, Kylo, my puppy is overexcited to get inside the store. Their staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

i brought my cat inside of the store i let my cat loose to go explore the store. 3 days later he was found dead inside of a bear trap but the babbies survived they were half ferret ... i wonder how that happened

Excellent prices for services in the grooming department! Some appointments take longer than others depending on the day theyre having. I recommend giving them at least 2 and half hours to groom a large dog.
