First time went today with two small maltese dogs to get them groomed. Only thing asked over the phone was needed only belly, back and around eyes cut. They said OK if we arrive before 5 PM. What you understand before 5 PM means that they are OK to groom your dog if you enter that store before 5 PM. There are couple ladies who did not ask or tried to listen to you. They only shaved the dogs and did not even brush off the hair which was shaved or gave them a quick shower because they were trying to close the shop. First employee charged $40 and while waiting for the receipt other ladies said we need to pay $30 more. Even though money is totally no problem to me, I felt very STUPID and did not even argue with them. They said we will give you some credit when we take the dogs later but it does not even worth to go back there. As being a business owner this place does NOT deserve to be in DR.PHILIPS area because they think that they can make a fool out of you. There are too many better groomers around that area. DONT GO THERE....

Ask for Abbie! She is incredible with my dog. Very kind and always gets him to sit through an even and clean cut. Must be some sort of sorceress. The lady who works the register comes across as hurried/pretentious/uninterested/rude. This is Dr. Phillips if you must know. If you can get over the lack of welcome upon entering the door you will be gladly surprised. My dog absolutely loves the goody bag of baked goods I put together while waiting for him to come out. I wish I could, in good conscience, give this place the five stars the grooming and products deserve; however, I cant justify referring Woof Gang of Dr. Phillips to any of my friends and colleagues due to poor customer service in person and on the phone.

We drove in from Atlanta, making sure to get there before they closed at 8, and I even called to confirm we were close and to get directions. Twenty minutes later when we arrived at 7:40 they were closed. No note, no answer. This store burned my dog... And took us 30 minutes out of our way both directions. Never do business with this store. They do not care about you.

Wow finally a place that knows what they are talking about!! So many vets wont educate you about your pets diet but these guys will. Any questions or concerns about your pets health and these guys will nail it. Plus theyre cheaper than petco have free delivery and even a drive thru in the back!!!!

I love this place. They offer grooming services and healthy food for your best friends that you cant find anywhere else accept l. The food I buy there is actually a little cheaper than online though and there are other places nearby that I like to shop at, so for me it is a win win.

If I spend hundreds of dollars on treats and grooming at least hire sales staff who dont look totally annoyed at answering the simplest questions. The sales girl also doesnt even appear to like dogs . I need to stop giving you mY business .

Friendly and knowledgeable.! If they dont have it, they can get it or at least tell you why they dont carry it and recommend an alternative. The "ONE"and "Original" true Woof Gang in Dr Phillips!

The advice given for variations of wet cat food was very knowledgeable. They have our Orijen dry food in stock. Great vet recommendation. The nicest and coolest staff. Win all the way around.
