My Fiance and I just moved into town from the west coast. We have three dogs that we treat like our children! I needed to find a harness for our youngest Lily who is growing so fast! I believe his name was Hector, the young lad who was incredibly helpful! He conversed with us the whole time giving us advice and even cookies for Lily! We ended up picking out the right harness and everything. Even when our Lily chewed through it, we came back the next day the service was great! They exchanged it with no problems and our friend was even there to help again! I have never been treated so well going into a petco, and being an animal lover it means so much when someone shows that amount of affection and concern towards my dogs. Needless to say, this is our new petco! Thank you guys

September 12 2017 I have never experienced a rude employee like Eric short male black hair with very prepotent attitude. Dont ask him nothing cuz he will make you feel dumb and disrespected. This store should or retrain this type of employee and teach them manners and make them understand that they get paid to answer customers questions and help us, not to disrespect and give us attitude never stepping back in here... Terrible conditions for the leopard geckos 11 in one small enclosure, multiple missing tails and incredibly thin. Crickets crawling all over them which is terrible for the stress of the geckos. Ive seen this multiple times its animal abuse. Its hard not to get one to save it but that would support this terrible mistreatment. Petsmart has vastly approved their conditions but petco has clearly failed.

The most amazing, kind employees. Everyone was so so helpful, sweet and just went out of their way to make sure we were happy when we left. The deals there are incredible and prices fair! I had to pick out a new dog food. Along with me was my great dane and 2 month old son. An associate named Hector was very kind and helpful from choosing the proper food to assisting me taking it to my car. Im glad to see great customer service still exists!

Petco is the place to go for almost everything for your pets. They offer grooming services for dogs & cats. You can get anything for your mammals to rodents to living sea creatures to reptiles. They have it there. Plus, they offer a great rewards program!

Petco is an OK pet supermarket. Prices seem to be more expensive than other places and the reward point system is left to be desired as they reset periodically and you lose them. It is convenient, and a good assortment of pet supplies, that is about it.

Absolutely poorly managed. Have always been told nail trimming done on a walk in basis. Last couple times have went over was told couldnt do it to short staffed. Need to come back later need new manager this one isnt getting the job done

Cages are always clean and the animals are happy and look healthy. Just bought a guinea pig the other day and hes doing great. The staff there were very helpful on getting me started with cage necessities and a little info on guineas.

First time EVER my dog has snipped at anyone! Shes 10 years old, and the poor baby is not allowed back. I truly feel it had to be whoever handled her. Her grooming services were great, tho!
