I love this store! The employees are super friendly and helpful. Get the VIP card and you get a free case of food after buying 10. I damaged my coupon and thought it was ruined and Amber went out of her way to figure out how to get the computer to take the code. She has a great "can do" attitude and it is hard to believe she is just in training! Promote this girl! Jonathan is always very nice and helpful as well and I love the nice greeting I get when arriving at the store! Thank you Pet Supermarket!

For some reason they dont (or didnt when I was in) stock one of the most common brands of dog food you can buy at other stores, including grocery stores. I had plenty of vegan, gluten free, whole rolled oat husk health-dog-food choices though. Pricey stuff, too. Staff friendly and place is clean.

Called very concerned about the breaded dragons temperature and the employee I spoke with immediately put me on with the manager who checked out their cage and made sure they were okay. Very relieved they care that much, will be retuning to this store!

Everyone is always friendly and greets you as soon as you walk in. If you have a question they always have a good answer and can always find what you need. I usually pick up crickets for my gecko and they never disappoint with their fast service!
