I have been a customer of IM wireless since it opened. They have always provided the best service and attention to customers. I had a recent experience with Verizon where they messed up our account, assigning our new contracts to the wrong lines/phones, which was very frustrating. At the end of one of the contracts, Verizon claimed that I returned the incorrect phone and charged me a non-return fee. I literally spent like 15 hours on the phone with Verizon trying to resolve the issue, to no avail. I went into IM Wireless and spoke with Sanat, who was very patient with me while I explained everything and my frustration with Verizon. Sanat was extremely helpful and was able to resolve the issue for me. I highly recommend working with IM Wireless!

I just recently got a new phone here. The employees were very nice and the gentleman I worked with went out of his way to help me when there was an issue with my upgrade. He did his job in terms of offering me extras services and accessories, but he wasnt super pushy about selling me anything when I turned down the offers. I was in the store for quite a while and he was very friendly and conversational the entire time. I dont often go into an actual Verizon store, so this was somewhat of a "special occasion" as I typically do most everything online, but I would go back to this store if I needed to.

Recently had an issue with my IPhone 6...broken screen...brought it in and David C. was able to fix the screen no problem, but ended up uncovering another issue with my Voice to text...fixed that and uncovered one more thing...after going back to the store three different times I didnt think Id be more impressed but on my last visit they helped get me a brand new phone and went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and and satisfied. Customer service like this is the reason Ill stay with Verizon.

Great Customer Service. I did not buy the phone in this store nor do they even sell the phone in this store. I came in to ask if they can help me transfer my files and pictures from my old phone to my new one the young guy over the counter (Im so bad I did not catch his name) he did it without hesitation. Thank you!! If I or my family ever needs a new phone, this store has earned my business!

I went in to find out about the new cell phones, not only was I given a comparison to all the phones i was interested in but Tiffany, who helped me was very knowledgeable in what she was talking about. She helped me pick the plan that best suits me and also a phone that I love. Great customer service!! I will return to do my upgrade next year!

The staff here was excellent! The manager Dan was a pleasure to deal with and helped me find the exact phone to fit my needs. The owner Sanat is a great guy as well and is a regular customer in my Firestone store in Wilmington. Definitely give these guys a shot next time youre in the market for a phone or accessories. Ill definitely be back.

Its ok. Went in once and one of the reps was pretty unexcited to help me and did not give me a lot of options. After having to spend a lot of money I went back and the second guy was pretty great about helping me. Had I not of had the first experience I would of given it a higher rating then just a three.

The worst experience I have had at any verizon. They didnt have any active note 5s. They also didnt have any galaxy 6 edge on display. Walked in and not one person even acknowledged me walked out with Noone even saying anything to me. Never going back there.

The location of this privately owned buisness is convenient. The owners make promises they cant keep. Made several attempt in the past to fix phone and the estimate given was soooo over priced. The gentleman at the time was rude and I left immediately.
