I usually dont go out of my way to post reviews, but I made the mistake of going to this location because I was on my way home from work. Never again. I just transferred from At&t and I needed to switch phones. The girl at the front desk (Michelle G) wasnt helpful at all, and she told me to get an unlock code to switch phones. I left the store, called At&t for the code, and came back. Apparently, she was pissed off that I came back so soon. She cut me off multiple times when I was asking questions about transferring. To top it off, she was on FaceTime with her friend for most of the transaction. Worst customer service Ive ever gotten. Dont go to this location.

The worst customer service ever! I paid my bill through the Metro PCS app but they would not turn my phone back on. I even proved to them the money was taken out of my bank. Metro PCS would not turn it on as a courtesy, even for a few days. God forbid if you can get a customer service rep at the 800#. I had to wait for the funds were released from my bank 8 days later! Turns out it was a Metro PCS error, their software list my transaction and never processed it with the rest of the credit cards payments later that night so they technically never got my payment
