Im not one to write a bad review but this one is over due! I went in last week on a Sunday my phone wasnt turning on so I drove over to the Newport sprint store I left my house at 5:40 and go to sprint at 5:50 not that they closed at 6:00 when I walked in I was rudely greeted by the african American male at the counter... there was no Im sorry man we are closing! He rudely yelled were closed and I replied with you dont have to be so rude. Today I went in to up grade my phone and there was a Spanish women and the same Africa American male working and I wasnt even greeted nor did anyone step away from there customers to say someone will be with you in a little bit. I was there for a good ten to fifteen minutes just waiting.... I literally called someone in my family to make sure I was still alive because maybe thats why I wasnt greeted or told someone will be with you shortly. I work in customer service and thats not the way it goes. I will definitely start traveling to the other sprint were you are greeted when you walk in and the staff have better attitudes.

Con artists said new accounts received a free tablet E, 5 months later realized not only was I getting charged for an additional line they were charging me for the tablet itself. Called sprint they said return it to the store and we can move from there, the guys at the store refuse to accept the tablet saying, "were not a corporate store." Do not trust anything they say.
