Some salespeople are truly awesome at their job and all around good people. And some of them are the complete opposite who only care about sales. Every time I go there I get a different experience. The last time I went I vowed to never return because they lead you their way. Whichever product their told to push that day. Id rather drive the extra ten minutes to go to the actual Verizon store in Seekonk where theyre not given incentive to push one certain product. Unfortunately I had to go their for a new phone because it was an emergency. This time they were great. Didnt push anything on me and they compared 2 models I told them I wanted. It really was exactly what you want when visiting a place like this. So its 50/50 when you go. You either get someone who cares or not. My advice, if you get a salesperson you like, keep their business card they give u after every transaction. That way, if you need to return youll always have a good experience.

I was in this store 2x this week and was assisted by Matt Silvia. Matt served my son earlier in the week when my sons phone broke and needed reacement. Later on the week he again served me, replacing my phone which had water damage. On both occasions Matt was professional, knowledgeable, kind and efficient. My son and I were able to replace our phones with ease, and felt we were getting the best deal for our money. Matt has a courteous demeanor and right amount of sense of humor to help us through the frustration of Inevitable "phone issues". It is refreshing to go to a Verizon store and feel that I am getting the best, honest deal for services. I also had the pleasure of meeting Kyle, whom Matt called over to assist me with Google voice features. Kyle was great. I will recommend this store and both Matt and Kyle to my friends and will request them directly for all of my cell phone needs. GREAT job!

Went into the Swansea, MA store last Thursday and had Kia as our rep. She was awesome and went above and beyond for us! We went in to upgrade our phones, got exactly what we wanted (LOVING my Galaxy S6 Edge), even reviewed our plan and helped us switch to a better plan than we had that actually saved us a couple bucks a month. There were some computer system problems while we were there, so we were there longer than we expected, but she apologized and made us feel like our time was important to her. We had a great experience at this store when they first opened and we got our last phones, great experience this time with our upgrade. The staff is always friendly and attentive when we visit or call. Great store, great staff! And kudos to Kia for a great job!

George and the whole team are just great people with great personalities. They made everything quick and easy. My wifes phone had been dropped in water and the only thing we cared about were the photos on the phone. They could not get them back due to the water intrusion made it so the touch screen didnt work. They reccomenned me a place to get the screen fixed in order to unlock the phone to retrieve all the pictures. I couldnt of been happier that they knew local places as well as there knowledge of the products as well. I have 3 line with Verizon and will not go anywhere else to have my services handled!!!!!!!!

i went is not happy with the fact that my phone all of a sudden had no money left on my account. Brian was very helpful and insisted that i not leave until he could fix my problem. because of other problems that day, i was ready to drop verizon. but i am very happy to say the reverse because of the out standing service i received at the Swansea store and i would suggest that the extra drive would be well worth it for any one looking for excellent service and attention from the employees. service like i received is not seen often. thank you Brian.

Excellent customer service!! I had previously purchased phones at another store and returned them the same day after stopping into Verizon Wireless in Swansea and finding out that I was being charged an exhorbidant expense and Mike was able to "undo" all of that and provide me with a service that I wanted at a reasonable price. I cant say enough about how I was treated at the Verizon store by Mike and Dustin. Thank you!! I will never purchase another phone from anyone else. Look no further if you are in the market for a new phone!!

Weve been to this location several times over the past few years. The service and personnel are great. Low key and very knowledgable. Kyle took care of us this time to upgrade our phones. Unbeknownst to us, he stayed two hours past the end of his shift to make sure we had access to all our info and apps and offered to help us when we got back with apps on our sons phone. I got the pleasure of being helped by Lauren a few times and I must say shes an outstanding sales representative and now shes our friend the first time we were there at the Verizon store for hours and became friends right then and there but today June 30, 2017 she helped me with getting my iPhone 7 plus so Id like to thank You Lauren for everything you really are not just a good associate and nice but your also one of the sweetest people ever!

My husband got a phone in this location a few weeks ago. We were overcharged for it by at least $50 (I looked it up online and then called Verizon for the real phone price) and had to pay some bogus $35 activation fee which is not required in any other location or online. Then they wanted to charge me $150 restocking fee since I already had my rebate form sent out. Never ever again I will shop in this location. beware.

I had a great experience working with a sales representative at your store, Mike Wilson. He was able to help me figure out which data plan I would need, and really went above and beyond to ensure I understood what I was getting and how to save the most money on my bill each month! Great customer service and very knowledgeable, I will definitely contact him again if I have any further questions in the future!

I have just had a truly wonderful customer service experience with Bill at the Swansea location. I have been reluctant to upgrade my phone as I didnt want someone to sell me a phone, I wanted someone to listen to me and offer me options.Bill provided me with options while being both personable and professional.
