customer service was good. but thats only because their trying to sell you everything in the store. only business Ive ever own l known to sell you a product with no return policy. not even with a receipt the next day. and fact is if your not spending at least 300 on a phone its gonna be crap. love the service but its pointless cause i cant get a decent phone cause there to much and the lte zmax sucks btw. first one was great this one is a piece of crap

This is the only metro PCs doesnt give refund or exchange so my wife buy me a charger over there for my ZTE Max pro charger broke once I took it out the box and I cant get a refund lmao and there charger are trash.
