I have used this store for YEARS and have always had some of the best customer service and experience ever! However, the last few 6 months to a year I have noticed the staff is changing. I ordered a phone for my son the first week of January. I have UPS confirmation that the phone and sim card was shipped 1/11/17 and delivered on 1/13/17 and received by a specific person (it gives a name). Since then I have called the store multiple times, stopped by the store and the only thing the staff will tell me is that "they can not receive product because they have a computer issue...really? I asked for help with contacting a manager and was told there is no one else to speak with. There has been no help with this issue, no contact from the store other than my own reaching out. I finally tracked down a customer service number and just spoke with them on the phone. Very disappointing.

Ugh, this store is awful. I have been there at least 3 times to try and give it another chance to be fair, but this store is the worst. Customer service is terrible, the manager acts like an immature child who doesnt get his way when he speakes with customers, and they straight up lie to customers about why their prices are so high. For example; when someone says "Wow, why is the charger/phone case $37? vs on Amazon, its only $10-$15?" And they respond discrediting Amazon for having "fake" products, which is not the case, Amazon has the exact same brands for the appropriate prices. this store over charges everyone, and has awful customer service. Never work with these 3rd party stores, they always have awful management & policies. Shop on Amazon, or a actual Verzion store.

I would agree with the previous post and give this place a zero if I could too. I usually go to the bigger locations, but this was close and I just needed a new car charger. The guy that sold it to me said if it wasnt the right thing o could just return it. What I bought didnt work the way I needed it to, so I went to return it and the guy said he couldnt take it back because the box was ripped. I told him no one said anything about the packaging, just that if it didnt work I could return it. He said sorry, I cant resell that. Thanks buddy....now Im out $25 for something I cant use.

I went in yesterday, July 29, 2016 with several questions and the representatives were useless. They offered no help at all. They were actually rude to me and began talking to each other about other personal matters while I stood there asking for help and continued being ignored. I returned home and Googled my questions and was able to accomplish what they told me was impossible to do. I intend to report them to the District Customer Service today. This is Unacceptable.

Went there a few days ago with my girlfriend to do upgrades and open a new line. The workers were rude and instead of tending to our needs, talked about their personal lives also. Not one thing professional about this place. Instead of looking lazy this place needs better workers. Will be traveling the extra miles to go to the one in the mall. People wait for good service. Just because you are local does not mean you can treat them like scum. Avoid at all costs.

I have gone to the store several times and every time I leave empty-handed. There is always a problem. Even silly things like having my company pay for something for me to pick up, that cant be done. Were trying to get everything swapped over from one phone to the next. Save your time and go to the Burlington Verizon in the mall they are top notch this Verizon store is horrible
