My mom and I went here this passed Saturday to buy the new Galaxy S8. Niaysha was the salesperson who helped us. She was extremely kind, helpful, and patient with all the questions we had. I made a mistake on the application which required us to call five different people from technical support to help us out. Because of my mistake, something that should have taken 10 minutes ended up taking us an hour to complete (again MY fault). I felt so bad because the store was supposed to close at 6pm, but we didnt leave until 630pm. Niaysha kept reassuring us that she didnt mind staying later to help us out. My experience with customer service at this cricket wireless store was more than excellent. I say "this" cricket wireless store because the one in Lawrence had HORRIBLE customer service. The salesperson there was so busy helping someone else out that he basically told me to try and fix the problem on my own while I waited. NEVER again.

great customer service! Employees are very sweet and helpful i switched over from T-mobile and got three free phones ! the manager worked out sweet deal for cases defiantly a great store location!
