HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They obviously dont care about repeat customers! We originally went in and took our part that needed to be replaced with us. The employee identified the part and set us up to order the part. We asked several times if this isnt it will we have any issues returning it? The employee assured we would be fine. They never even called us to let us know our part was in, we ended up just having to call and find out it was there. When we got it home it didnt fit, so we went to return it, easily like the employee assured us. Well we were easily screwed over if thats what he meant.. The part was $117, they charged us a $30 "return fee" (because apparently a tiny little part will cost $30 to ship back to honda, when the employee ordered the wrong part in the first place). Then in all the frustration we didnt count the cash the employee handed us until we got to the car, but the same said employee also shorted us another $5 on top of that! No we didnt drop it, all the cash was folded up with the receipt we just didnt look at it till we got to the car and knew this dishonest company wouldnt be worth going back in to ask for the correct change. We are spreading the word to all our motorcycle buddies not to go here, I suggest you dont either!

Im done with Newgate Honda, They rebuilt the motor on my 2002 CRF450R I asked them if there is any kind of a warranty they said if something happen we will make it right. I changed the oil every 15 hours and cleaned the air filter every ride. The motor lasted less than a year, and needs to be rebuilt again (i would have been happy with three years) we never raced it just general riding. They tell me now, that they wont warranty any race bike and told me that if I bought a new CRF450R and the motor failed a week later they wouldnt cover it nor would Honda. Why didnt they just tell me this when I had the motor rebuilt? If they had I would not have spent $2500 having it rebuilt. Now I am out the cost of the bike and the rebuilt motor. This is my first and last CRF450!!!. I have never written a bad review for anything but this isnt right. My boy loved riding this bike now we cant all go riding any more because we dont have enough money to buy another Bike. I just want people to know what happened to me so someone else wont make the same mistake and be out all of that money.

My previous experience with Newgate, about a year ago, wasnt all that great. The salesman was friendly, but they didnt want to give me jack diddly for my trade-in, which I found offensive. So I went elsewhere. Hence the missing star. But today, I went in and bought a bike without any hiccups. I worked with Jeremy and Kacey, whom of which were both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Jeremy even made the effort to explain the new technology on my bikes suspension and offered advice on the bikes break-in process. After they loaded the bike into my truck, I went upstairs and got a discount on some parts. Once I got home, I called and asked if they could order a different color stand than the one that I already purchased and they said that it wouldnt be a problem and that I could just exchange the stand when I came back to pick up the other parts that I had ordered.

If youre looking for pushy salesmen who just want to get in your wallet, go somewhere else. I havent bought my bike yet, but when I do Im going to these guys. Ive been to 10 different dealerships along the Wasatch Front and in Cache Valley, and the employees here are the most respectful of anywhere. I havent dealt with their parts or service department, but Ive heard good things. Other places either want you to buy a bike you dont want, or give you the cold shoulder when you say youre looking for now. The only negative thing I have to say is I saw a girl leave there with a brand new sport bike which she dropped in the parking lot! Im guessing that was more here poor judgement, because its hard to convince kids not to buy something theyre infatuated with. Awesome place, and very helpful for a guy who just wants to plan ahead.

Horrible experience with this company. When I originally called, the person I was talking to (can not remember his name) made it seem like he didnt even care. Multiple times I had to remind him what I was calling for and put me on hold three separate times to only ask me again what I was calling for. I thought it would of just been him but, later when they sent me the WRONG item. They were equally as rude as the first guy. I literally lost money doing business with them. I lost a costumer and time due to their in convince. I had to pay for the shipping and handling back out of pocket because they do not return your money if they screw up. They didnt even have an excuse why they messed up the order or offer to help with their mistake. Horrible company to work with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to no one.

Newgate Motorsports has a very excellent and friendly staff, all of their salesman have excellent knowledge of what they are selling and always have a big inventory they answer any questions that you have and are very quick at getting your atv or side by side set up and ready to go. I have purchased several machines from here and also have had them serviced there, the mechanics there are awesome. Not to mention the parts department has the best selection around for all of your riding gear and accessories and they are super informative about all of their products as well! Our family would never go anywhere else! We recently just purchased a new 2017 Kawasaki Teryx and couldnt be more please with its performance and durability! second Teryx we have owned and will own more in the future!

So frustrating - ordered new tires for my bike (premium tires) and arranged (I thought) to have them installed. The had to be ordered, so I was told to come in on Monday, the tires would be there, and I would deal with the service department. Was transferred to service. Was told just to come in on Monday and they would mount and balance the tires. Showed up on Monday, no order had been placed and all I got was a "there must have been a miscommunication." Incompetence costs people time - I dont think they get that. So, I am now dealing with the KTM dealer. I ordered the tires. They arrived in two days. They are now being mounted and I am getting regular updates via e-mail on that service along with the two other things I am having done. Ill never go back to Newgate.

We were told the side x sides were supposed to be ready right at 9:00 AM loaded on the trailer and everything. We arrived early and they werent ready, and they were already dirty from previous use. When we returned I brought it back washed off and gased up. I was then charged a cleaning fee of $30. I worked at a Jeep rental place in Moab, and all the customer was responsible for was spraying it off as well as they could and we then detailed the vehicle afterwards. I felt their cleaning standards were ridiculous, and darned near impossible to meet without being advised to bring a towel to wipe everything down. Bottom line, their customer service seems to be seriously lacking. The machines worked well, but I would recommend using a different rental outfit.
