Bought a RK 530 chain from them at the cost of $180.00. got to my shop where all my tools are at, cut off my chain and go to put on my new one, well in the box was an EK 520 chain with no master link. This bike is my only needs of transportation, I called the store and told Andrew the dilemma I was in by them selling me the wrong boxed chain (my bad for not checking it first). well its still boils down to cycle gears mistake, they told me to come on in and exchange it, kinda hard for me to make it in when my only trans is working till I get the right chain back on it. Well I didnt think it to crazy for someone to bring me the right item I paid for now that I am stuck because it was the wrong item. Andrew wasnt having any of it. I called the main office, they also didnt want to help me out. So buyers beware of this place and always double check whats in the box as the kids working here have no clue about different fitting items, they should have someone with at least some mech background

Purchased a Bilt Bluetooth modular helmet from them on January 30th. Only had the display model left in my size and color so I got it at a discounted price. Same day ride up to Sedona and the clip to lift the front of it broke. Hoping it was just because its the display. Anyway, called the next day and spoke to Joel. He checked the store and called me back within an hour to tell me they had a new one in stock and to just bring the old one back. Went in today to return the broken helmet and the guy working (cant remember his name) went and pulled out a brand new one and swapped it out for me. No other costs or anything. Being new to AZ this was the first shop Ive been to out here for gear and they now have a customer for life. I knew for under $200 I wasnt getting the greatest modular Bluetooth helmet, but your service was amazing. You guys rock!

real person here -- I drive a 2016 ninja 300 abs and have a Shoei rf 1200. I bought a Sena 20s after the guys explained the different models and compatibility, and they afterwards installed it for free. I also bought a seat cushion for the ninjas rough patch which was too small, so they accepted it back and I got a size up. During all this I found the gold-mirrored visor I had wanted and David helped me with my third consecutive transaction, no problem. Pleasant and helpful dudes, same as my usual location in Ventura. Two thumbs up

I called in and asked if they could mount and dismount a tire for me and they said yes. So i drove 45 minutes from tempe in traffic. Got there and they told me they couldnt do it for legal reasons. Get your act together. Wasting my time. So i took it to a shop in mesa, little cheap mexican tire shop and they said no problem. Its embarassing when a mexican tire shop can do it with no problems and for a fraction of the price. Balanced and all.

Extremely helpful employees helped me pick out all the gear I need for riding a motorcycle and they did a great job explaining what specific styles of gear are used for. Also saved my ads by reccomending me to put a better back protector in my Alpine Stars jacket since they only come with a foam insert. Thanks alot guys, will definitely be coming here in the future!

I dealt with several of their employees now, and theyre always freindly (except the kid who wears the white alpinestar glasses, hes a douche...but I bet he wont last for long). They have the best prices too. They should start light maintenance (fluid changes, breaks, tires, etc) they would be pretty unbeatable then. My preferred cycle shop for sure!

I would like to see them do some parking lot shows/meets/ride organizations or community based work to encourage and promote cycling amd build a local shop comminity for adventure riders/sport riders/cruiser riders and touring rider days.
