The sales staff has always been great, Ive bought 3 bikes from the Salt Lake location. However the service department needs a lot of work. I had my bike in back at the beginning of July for my rim and tire to be replaced after someone dropped a big brick on I-15 and had no where to go to avoid hitting it but didnt lay my bike down thank god. I purchased the wheel and tire road hazard protection plan, the rim was approved right away to be replaced but not the tire at first so the service department fought for me to have them replace the tire replaces as well since they didnt find it safe to ride with the tire after taking a big hit. The part that was damn frustrating is that they knew it would take a few weeks to get the rim in after they order it and instead of ordering it as soon as it was approved to replace they sat for 2 weeks waiting to get the tire approved before they even ordered it. Instead of getting the wheel ordered especially knowing how long they know it takes to get it in they sat and waited for two weeks till the tire was approved to be replaced as well so it took double the amount of time than it should have. Now my bike is back in after someone knocked it over and youd think theyd get it torn down and taken apart so when all the parts come in they could just throw it on and get it back to me in a timely manner but no they wont even touch it till all the parts arrive to replace all the damaged parts. When you are charge as much as they do for labor you should professional enough to get the bike back to the customer ASAP. But they take their time and costs me more and its ridiculous. Time management is a damn joke. Then they get annoyed and really rude when I call to get the status of my bike once every two weeks.

Went into the Indian building on 3/27/2017, they had a 2014 Chieftain for sale, I was told that I would get a quick release sissy bar, a passenger seat, and a drivers seat mount, that made me change my mind to buy, I was also promised the service records, signed all of the papers with the Harley people. Fast forward to Wednesday, they dropped the bike off, no service records or parts, once again I was told I would get them. The next Saturday I drive there still nothing. Tuesday 4/11/2017 I finally call the guy who I signed the papers with he said he would talk to the sales manager who calls me the next day telling me they cant get the parts but they will compensate me for all but the most expensive one the sissy bar but he will try. Today 4/14/2017 after no response back I go in and was told nope they wont do it and either take their offer or too bad so sad. So yup I was lied to from the beginning as they couldnt even order the parts the day I bought the bike, had I had known this there wouldnt have been a bike sold that day to me. Bottom line get everything in writing before you sign anything. Ill never go to this dealership or any of their other stores again. Lost a customer for life!

Amazing customer service in the bike service center. I always do my repairs through them. Sometimes there are little quirks or mistakes of the repair/mod and I have to bring it back to them. However, they are always extremely accommodating and will make sure I leave happy. Most recently, I brought my bike in for a speedometer repair, and after leaving the store noticed my bracket for the speedometer had been cracked during the repair. I fully expected to have to fight them to get the bracket fixed. This is what would happen at any other repair shop; we all have these horror stories. However, the guys at Harley SLC go above and beyond. Not only did they cover the repair, they also secured up my headlight hood with nicer bolts and gave the whole bike a wipe down. I fully expected to go into this experience pissed off and jerked around, but It came back to me better than ever and the guys in the service center really took care of me. I dont think Id have as pleasant of an experience anywhere else.

Spent in excess of $920 with them in less than a month on parts ordered online. I will say their prices are good, and they do seem to have things in stock, so I was very happy with them. On my last order, I forgot to add adjustable highway pegs and didnt realize it until my order came. I contacted them to see if they could allow me a free shipping on ordering these since I had spent so much with them in a short time. Without hesitation, they said NO. ONLY when I gave them a 2 star review on facebook, did they come back and said they would refund the shipping "this one time only" if I would order the pegs. Sorry guys, you cant buy reviews (at least not mine.) Customer service is a pet peeve for me and you dropped the ball. 2 stars will stand and I will buy elsewhere.

Today, I purchased a shiny, new 2016 V-Rod Muscle from the guys at Salt Lake Harley, and I am extremely happy with the purchase, the price, the professionalism, everything about the transaction. Its been twenty years since Ive owned a bike, so like a doofus, I kept changing my mind about which bike I wanted. But, Blake, Roger and Brad were more than happy to oblige, to make sure I got the bike that would make me happy, and to get me a great deal on financing the whole shebang! (And Justin is a parts and installation GOD!) Bottom line, I strongly recommend SLC Harley, and I will definitely return. (PS. I didnt see any old ATVs or Hondas sitting around....but lots of beautiful Indians!!)

I was looking for a nice used bike. Didnt want to go place to place. SO I have been looking on the web. I saw one here. I asked for the price because this was the only location that did not have the price on a used bike posted. They couldnt give me one? I had to give them my email address and have to talk to their internet manager first? What is it? Do these guys have floating prices or something? Hate going to lots buying cars because of the hassle. Now these guys want to play a car lot salesman too? Its a used bike, put a price on it. If its this hard with these guys on the net, Not going to their showroom. Even a used car lot post prices.

I took my bike in for a 500 mile service when they informed me that the bike should have had a chip install on it before I bought it, but it didnt so they were going to do it at that time. . . When I went to pick my bike up they told me I had to pay $250 for their mistake of not adding the chip install before they sold it to me. . . I then talked to a service tech by the name of Mitch Burningham that was very understanding and helpful in removing that charge from my bill. . . Im giving HIM a five star rating, NOT the Harley shop. If it werent for Mitch I would be giving this shop a 1 star. . . Thank you Mitch for your help.
