I love this shop! Ever since I moved to AZ 5 years ago this has been my go to shop and I buy all my parts from Ramjet Racing. Tony is who I deal with most of the time-him and his team do a great job of explaining things thoroughly and making sure I was getting the right parts I needed with out trying to up-sell me or get more money out of me. They also did a full re-build on my buddies bike and it runs like a champ. Great work! Straight shooters and transparent. Thats what I look for and like about a business and why I continue to buy from them. I highly recommend Ramjet Racing. Thanks fellas! BTW-I just got their new H4 headlight kit and it is awesome. SUPER BRITE. They are under selling this kit so if you need a new headlight GO GET ONE OF THEIR KITS. Okay rant over.

I had some exhaust studs broke off in my heads. I took my heads off and brought them in on a Saturday. Granted they do not service on Saturday I was still assured they would most likely be done Monday afternoon. When I initially called them I was told that it would probably only take one to two hours of service work at the rate of $75 an hour and guaranteed that once again when I dropped them off. I showed up on Monday and JD kind of acted as if I was an inconvenience about things and then told me it would cost $250. I personally thought that was a little ridiculous. so I proceeded to go to white knuckle and they treated me with welcome arms and a much more reasonable price. I dont recommend RamJet. What so ever.

I have a 2013 Wide glide, I have been looking at all the different LEDs and seen a post on Facebook for Ramjet Racing on their LED bulbs. After reading up on them and reading other peoples reviews I contacted Eric Elliot from Ramjet Racing. He was telling me all about their LED headlight and LED turn signals. I liked what he was telling me so I took the chance and ordered all the LEDs for my Wide Glide. They where delivered in about 3 days and installed them as soon as they arrived! With no doubt I can honestly say it was the best purchase I have made!! It gives the bike a whole new look and needless to say everyone will see me coming! I highly recommend doing business with Ramjet Racing! Tom Owen

Took my 79 Low Rider in there for leaky forks and a smoking front cylinder. My forks were supposedly unsalvageable so they were replaced with a used set that had a broken caliper mounting hole that had been welded back together very poorly. The preload was improperly set so there was ZERO travel in the forks. I ended up buying a used set of forks off eBay, having the legs polished, and learning how to rebuild them myself with correct preload. And the "top end rebuild" that I paid for started smoking again after about a month. If it doesnt require machining, do what I did and buy a factory manual and learn how to do it yourself.

This is the place to have your bike worked on. These guys are not a bunch of kids who just graduated from MMI charging a set book price at an HD dealer. These are real bikers who spend the time and do the job right. I had some cosmetic work done here on my first visit (new handlebars and cables). I just had my bike in for a full service and some real repairs, riding out of the shop felt like taking a brand new bike off the showroom floor. My first visit I was told that they would rather make a dollar off of ten guys, than 10 dollars off of one guy. Thats how a business should work. Thats why these guys are the best. ~ C. Vest

Ive been to Ram Jet a couple times now, and so far they have treated me great. Bought a set of bars and controls, and sat there and talked to two of the counter guys about some other options for a good hour. Very friendly and willing to share their knowledge. Two times I have only been able to get there ten minutes before they closed, and they stayed late to help me even when I wasnt buying anything. Im new to Phoenix and I will continue to use Ram Jet and recommend it to my friends.

Used to be the goto place. Since the owners son took over...now its the place to go if you have a Dyna or FXR... if you have an older bike.... your SOL. Counter staff are great, They have the knowledge just not the parts! Since the move when you ask for a part you get, "we can order it". Hell I can order it at a cheaper price, why would i have you order it for more? To bad was a great place to get hard to find parts... Now... they can order it fer ya.

Went in looking for a mirror new sissy bar bag and other parts. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! Was totally ignored by staff did not even get a go to HELL by the two guys working there they were too busy checking their cell phones! Piss poor service and crappy selection waste of my time. Oh and I was the ONLY customer in the store REALLY MISSING the Iron Poney store in Columbus Ohio they know what a customer is and are helpful. No such luck here in Phoenix.

Love Ramjet! I have been taking my bike there for years for both small repairs and after being involved in a decent wreck. Always have confidence theyll get the job done correctly. When it comes to parts, they have a huge selection in-stock or know where to get it and fairly quick too. I also admire that they give back to the community with sponsorships and their customer appreciation days.

2 generation local family business whose secrets to success seem to be hard work , dedication to our motorcycle community , knowledge , and INVENTORY ! The only place I not only trust to keep me safe @ 90 mph but also the only place that I would recommend to anybody in need of anything parts or service related for their Harley Davidson . Thank You Ramjet Racing !
