updated, reduced to one star since I have found evidence of fraud. I broke down the forks and they dont even have consistent shimming in each one. Different counts. Just nothing but problems. wanted very badly to love these guys. They are very nice. I had some major work done. My complaint is their lack of attention to details, the suspension job was shot after 5 rides, took it back next season and all the oil spilled out after another 3 rides. After inspecting it looked liked they had done nothing. The timing chain tension screw fell out mid way on a ride after I had them rebuild the motor, carburetor started leaking after the motor rebuild as well, asked them to clean it. The fork seals shaft looks like its been grabbed by pliers after spending about a grand on the fork rebuild and paying again for them to fix the leak. I have to rebuild the entire suspension again. Oh yeah not enough oil in the tranny after the motor rebuild, clutch went out 2 hours in to the ride. No tourqing is happening here. Too bad, I am hearing similar things from others. Details details. Other wise very nice people. No more business from me. On the good side the motor rebuild is good for now, but everytime I go out now am worried. I ended redoing all the tours and seals again.

Theres not enough time in the day or space allowed to truly make everyone out there understand the amazing experiences Ive had with the ENTIRE Dirt Lab/Division MX Suspension Crew. From my first encounter with co-owners Jesse Black and Darin Bromley, Ive had nothing but the BEST of service and positive experiences. From both of them offering help me out track-side, to having a bike with custom tuned suspension i could finally ride and strongly EXCEL on after struggling to find my place back on a bike post leg amputation. They have rebuilt motors, fixed pee-wee clutches, done LOTS of sets of suspension for my family and friends, worked on my Rekluse and NEVER treated me like just a "customer" but always as a friend and better yet, a rider on a privateer budget. The Best part about these guys is how incredibly patient they all are with me! This past weekend, their shop mechanic Landon came in on his day off to service my bike and get it ready for me to go down and rip! He did a wonderful job! if you want your bike to run and ride like a dream, dont hesitate to drop by and talk to Jesse or Darin. They will treat you right!

Gerald Silver - 8PSMMU

Took two bikes in at the same time - an XC-W 300 for an engine rebuild. Got the bike back after the rebuild with some quality issues - untorqued screws, oil seapage, screws installed in wrong holes, damaged exhaust pipe, misaligned plastic body parts, screeching noise from clutch, and missing parts. Quality issues attributable to lack of attention to details. The other bike, XC-W 450 had a squishy front brake. After paying the bill for brake squish problem, got the bike back and the brake was still squishy. With regard to the qualify issues on the rebuild, its worth noting they tried to make good on correcting the issues, but just couldnt quite get the bike fully repaired. As for correcting the squishy brake on the 450, I told them about the problem, but I never heard back from them. Just ended up just fixing the brake myself. They seem to have a solid clientele base, so maybe theyre really good, and just had an off day on my bikes.

The Dirt Lab is simply outstanding. I professionally hillclimb all over the US and before finding these guys I was a top 30 rider at best. After sending my 3 hillclimb bikes to The Dirt Lab, I immediately catapulted in to becoming a Top 10 hillclimber in the nation. Ive been in the middle of a hillclimb event (on a weekend) and was able to call these guys up and get suspension settings based on my description of the hill. And had significantly better results based on their recommendations. If thats not A1 service I dunno what is. The turnaround time is great and a price for quality that cant be beat.

The Dirt Lab is the best place to take your off-road toys for suspension or motor work. They do a great job in a very quick and professional manner. I have 5 motorcycles and all 5 of them have DivisionMX suspension from The Dirt Lab. 2 of those bikes have specially built motors also done at The Dirt Lab. Both bikes with the special motors run like a dream and all 5 bikes handle anything my wife and I can throw at them which includes professional hillclimbing in the summer and snow biking on our Timbersled equipped YZ450s. The Dirt Lab is the best, period.

They have done work on several of my bikes over the years, including an engine rebuild, and work and quality is top notch. 5 Stars all the way!

Im not one to do many reviews but I can tell you that Ive been extremely impressed with my experience at "The Dirt Lab". I had them rebuild the motor on my KX450F and it absolutely breaths fire now. My only regret was not knowing about this place sooner! You will be in great hands with these guys.

The Dirt Lab is the one and only independent shop in SLC that you should take your bike to. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. I had my suspension set up with Division Custom Suspension and it is dialed! Love everything about this place and I will be a customer for life!

Jesse and crew do incredible work. The shop is sick. Customer service is A+. Track support is second to none. My boots got destroyed at the track and he gave me his boots. Seriously? You dont get that kind of service anywhere else.
