A premium brand deserves a premium dealership. Sadly, this dealership falls far from what one should expect from a premium brand such as Indian. One sign of poor management is high turnover. Ive been to this place countless times and, each time, Ive never failed to be disappointed. First off, the owner has burned through countless employees. Both sales people and techs. I cant blame them...she has virtually no idea how to run a business. Absent minded and clueless only begin to describe her. She has lost countless sales and she probably doesnt even realize it. Not just the sale of bikes, but of accessories as well. Polaris needs to be a little more discriminating when it comes to the dealerships whom they allow to represent this amazing and noble brand. Harley of Scottsdale is killing this dealership in large part because of the ineptitude of its owner. Indian is far superior to anything coming out of Milwaukee these days, but youd never know it based on this dealership. Sad indeed... By the way, Im a proud owner of an Indian...its too bad the brand cant be represented properly in such an affluent community as Scottsdale.

I bought my Indian Chief Victory at this location. The purchase was very smooth and easy, and much more personable than the process Ive gone through to purchase other bikes in the past. Since that purchase, they always remember my name when Im in the store. Their service has been excellent and professional. Theyre extremely friendly. Just today I rode to work for Arizona bike week, and needed some quick maintenance. They were able to bring me in for a service appointment with only 10 minutes notice, and as a walk-in, they took care of me right away while I waited. I cant imagine having gotten that kind of service anywhere else. This location also offers free night-time courses from their on-site expert (hard to describe such a knowledgeable professional with a title) for those who want to learn more about their motorcycles. This guy is a SEASONED mechanic and knows bikes inside and out - a real wealth of information. I think the stores Indian has put together are really classy places - a great change of pace from the shops were used to. This particular store is an excellent example.

I wont ever go back. Been in twice to buy parts for my Victory bikes and once to look at buying a Scout for my GF. Both times the staff seem disinterested and almost annoyed that I was asking questions about the bikes or for specific OEM Victory parts. Last month I went in to buy a Tach kit for my Octane, and they said they werent going to "do anything" VICTORY since they "Went Under". So DONT WASTE YOUR TIME if you are looking for service, parts or accessories from this business. I have a 2014 Cross Country and a 2017 Octane, and theyre not going to ever get a penny out of me. Not just a one time bad experience, Third time was the charm!

After doing a lot of shopping around for my Chieftain Dark Horse this dealership came out with the lowest out the door price in the valley. This place is a very low pressure sales environment with knowledgeable staff there to answer any questions you might have. Bob the sales manager is very easy to deal with, Josh always calls or text when my upgrades come in. The service department is top notch as well, they are very knowledgeable on the machines. Great place with a awesome team for a great buying experience !!! If you are buying this is place you should go.

Clicked Indian website for "Internet price" Contacted via email by store rep who didnt give me a price, just corporate song and dance. Then, she didnt even bother to reply to my email again asking for "Internet price". Im still riding a Road King Classic, and looking for a responsive Indian dealer, who will answer the "Internet price" link on Indians Internet page. Why pay attention to a cash buyer...? No money to be made if you dont do in-house financing? And this was over the winter, when Id have looked at 2014 or 15 models... Go figure...

First off the lead technician Daniel is the best top notch! Other then that everything has to go through the owner and she is just overwhelmed and gets nothing done. The workers are forced into giving lines of BS to people to cover for her inability to run the place. Sad, Im still waiting for answers and its been over a month.

Today was my first experience with Indian of SDL and I will take my Victory here from now on. Josh was very helpful and Marilyn (owner) took time to explain keeping my 13 Boardwalk and the best way to get into an Indian in the future. Service was fast. No gimmicks. No upsell. Thank you!

I did the financing over the phone at 4:30pm on Saturday they said they would call back in 15 minutes. I called at 5:00pm there closed no one picks up. There is a word that comes to mind when a company does this its called UN PROFESSIONAL.

I met one of the owners, Marilyn and she truly cares about the customer and the customer experience. They also have great pricing compared to other victory and Indian dealerships. They also offer nice discounts for military and police.
