This dealer is the Best in Arizona. I have been riding for many years. I have been to every Harley Davidson dealer in this state. I have purchased two Harleys from this dealership. And I can say they are the best. I worked with Jim as my salesman on both of my deals. He is very friendly and makes you feel at home. No pressure and no lies. And they stand behind there word. If there is a problem they will make it right. From sales to service. You cant go wrong. The other dealers in this state made me not feel welcome and like I was bothering them when I wanted to get a price on a bike. They just want to jump right into a credit check and get you out the door. Enough said about the rest. In my eyes this place is the best. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a bike new or used or for service. I live 75 miles away from them but they are very worth the ride.

Just had the best customer service experience of my life. Needed work done on my Harley. We live in Prescott Valley and so naturally went to the Victory dealer because it was closer. Big mistake not very friendly and treated me like I was stupid. Didnt have the parts. I called and stopped in numerous times to check on parts and was never remembered and looked at as stupid for checking in. So I called Harley after a week and a half of waiting on Victory, and took my bike to Harley. The phone experience was "Sir" and friendly. These people what they are doing and my bill less money than Victory quoted, plus they did extra work. Well worth the 24 extra miles to go to Harley. Will be returning there with all future bike needs and questions.

Very poor service. My bike was having issues , wouldnt stay running on the highway , sputtering , back firing etc . Stopped there for some sort of help . The service man said he had no time for me , I had to wait 3 days for him to even look at it . We asked if we could leave the bike there until someone could pick it up or they could look at it . He said he would charge me $ 10 a day to leave it . We had to carry on , thank god the bike started to run better and we could get back to the phoenix area. Really disappointed with the service . Will not recommend this store to anyone .

Take the good with the bad, Its funny how people write reviews like the guy just walked up and kicked them in the balls. This was going to be a bad review, a really bad. But Logan turned everything around and really came through, thank you Sir. I ran into my friend Grey and his lovely wife Kimmy. Grey likes them also, and if you want to talk Harleys, Grey knows Harleys. Peace out!

I bought my 2014 Zero FX from them in 2015. They have been amazing. I have had a persistent rear wheel bearing issue. The customer support, updates, them working with Zero to fix the issue, the work that they put in to make my bike right is amazing. Bike is running great now. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a bike!

Needs new ownership. Its OK............really is but current owners are set in their ways............should consolidate this store with a store in Prescott ( more people in Prescott ) and have a nicer place but this bunch is really into ash trays and t - shirts.

Parts department is horrible. They just sell you parts without researching to see if it fits your bike. This place would be better off as a parking lot. Drive to scottsdale and get better help.
