I spent $85.00 to learn that I shouldnt go here again. I took my Rhino there because it wasnt running right, They quoted me $85.00 to diagnose the problem and told me if I brought it in first thing tomorrow theyd have it done that day. I agreed to allow them to diagnose, if nothing else if I got a thorough diagnosis, Id know more about the shop and the skill of their mechanics. It took them three days to do the diagnosis...strike one. They told me the CVT clutch and belt needed replaced and quoted $850.00. Seemed high to me, so I checked pricing of Yamaha Factory Parts from a Yamaha Dealer and it was less than $375, and dealer told me a couple of the parts should never need replaced. From a web search I found it clutch and belt typically takes an hour to replace. I called back and asked why the quote was so high he told me parts were $600 and two hours labor, strike two. I was very skeptical that the CVT clutch could cause engine to run poorly, so I asked what they diagnosed to figure out clutch was making engine run poorly. They told me they did not check the engine, fuel system, spark plugs, carb, or electrical...in other words they didnt diagnose anything. Basically based on mileage, they looked for something that probably was needing service. Strike three. I declined the repair and took my Rhino home. Long story short, clutch although showing some wear, was not bad. I replaced the belt and problem persisted. After web search, I found a few common problems when Rhinos miss and run poorly. These problem make a lot more sense, dirty fuel filter, fuel pump bad, dirty carb, or a bad reverse limiter switch. I changed fuel filter $3.50 and 10 minutes. Fuel Pump worked just fine, took carbs out and cleaned them, 1 hour. Problem still persisted so I changed the reverse switch, part is $15.00 and takes 10 minutes to replace. The Rhino runs perfect. Now that is diagnosis...and with parts the problem was diagnosed and fixed for less than $20 in parts and hour and a half of labor, So they could have charged me $85.00 for diagnosis, $112 for labor, and $25 for parts and had a happy customer. But instead, they charged me for a diagnosis they never really did then they priced them selves out of the game and lost a customer. So, I guess I should be happy I paid the $85.00 to learn more about them and saved myself from way over paying for repairs that would have fixed the problem.

Doing business with Pro Motorsports is always a pleasure. Clayton and the team are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have had my motorcycle and PWC serviced at the shop numerous times and couldn’t be happier. Finding a shop that you trust with capable staff is a big deal, I am thankful to have found that in Pro Motorsports. Due to a busy family and work schedule, I trust Pro Motorsports with all of my routine maintenance, major repairs and riding gear needs. One of the most refreshing elements of Pro Motorsports is their level of communication with their customers; you never have to wonder or worry about the status of your machine as they are in constant communication regarding the status. They also follow up after to ensure that your expectations have been met. The pickup and delivery service along with lake testing ensures that my machine will be home and ready to ride even if I can’t make it to the shop. Thank you for all that you do for me and my family.

I needed parts to restore a Kymco 50cc 2t carb. The local dealer did not carry parts and would not order them. The Honda dealer near me would not help even though the carb is based on one they used for years. I called Pro Motorsports and they said that they would order whatever I needed. I brought the disassembled carb to the shop. Clayton gave me the bad news that Kymco was no longer supporting that model. He spent over an hour on the computer finding the original Honda carb, compared the parts shown with what I had, and put together a complete kit. It arrived about 4 days later. Honda must be proud of these parts as the price was somewhat high. Clayton was very knowledgeable and courteous and patient. I recommend them to anyone, especially if you are having trouble finding a specific part or kit.

Pro Motorsports is a fabulous shop to go to. Their service is top-notch. Clayton and Daniel are both very helpful and knowledgeable. I first met them when I was shopping around for a RZR last year. Even though I ended up not buying my RZR from them, they were very nice to talk to and they seemed very honest. Ive taken my RZR to them a few times for service and its always very reasonable. We recently had the oil pan replaced - Ride Now quoted me 6.5 hours of labor and told me the engine had to be pulled out. It was going to be ridiculously expensive ($800+) going down that route. Clayton told me it would be 0.5 hours of labor plus the cost of the part. Its hard to find good vendors and people you can trust these days. I am very happy I found these guys! Thanks again Pro Motorsports, Clayton & Daniel!

Ive been riding atv/dirtbikes for many years in AZ and have been to most every shop in the Phoenix area but I have to say the customer service at pro motorsports is unmatched. Clayton always goes out of his way to get me the parts or info I need to get the job done. For what I cant get done he has mechanics that will. The whole staff is friendly, not arrogant, which you dont find in many of the shops these days. I go there often just to "catch up" as I would consider them people I can trust and you just dont find that these days. Prices are fair and the products I need arrive quickly. I highly recommend Pro motorsports to all friends and they too have had similar experiences. Thanks Clayton and the staff at Pro motorsports for being awesome! A customer for life, Gary Ashenbrener

Called these guys up for a Carb rebuild on my 2007 Kawasaki Brute Force 650. They were not only extremely professional, looking up the parts and giving me a quote over the phone, but they are also provided a very quick turnaround time. I was able to schedule them to come pick up my quad within 48 hours of the initial phone call and they dropped it off at my home 5 days later (including the weekend) completed. These guys are completely professional and I highly recommend them. They even found the carb rebuild kit for cheaper than originally quoted and the final bill was less than what was quoted. How often does that happen these days? Thank you to all the guys out there at Pro Motorsports, especially Clayton and Duane!

I just wanted to five the guys at Pro Motorsports Phoenix,Az. a huge thumbs up.I stopped in just to see if they had a Pro Circuit Platinum pipe and a R304 Shorty silencer for a YZ250 in stock.Well they didn.t have it in stock this was Thursday 02/20/2014 and the gentleman said he could get it from their California supplier and have it by Tuesday 02/25/2014.He quoted me a price,I told him I saw it at an online wholesaler as a combo pack for about $45.00 bucks cheaper and could he come a little closer to that on his price. He not only came closer but he matched it and how he pulled this off I dont know but they called me the very next day and told me I could come pick up my pipe.I would recommend them to anyone very highly.
