Id been thinking about getting a bike for the last 6 years, and the timing and money just never worked out. After stopping into Buddy Stubbs, Anthem store numerous times, talking with Jon, the salesman, I finally went in on a Friday night after work. I got to the store around 4:45. Jon and I talked about a couple different bikes and I decided to buy a Sportster. Keep in mind, they close at 6pm. Between Jon, and Jeff in financing, this is the best vehicle/bike buying experience I have ever had. I was approved in 15 minutes. They didnt try talking me into a bunch of extra crap, upselling me on stuff I didnt need. Jon took me around and introduced me to the different department heads and I was riding my Forty-Eight off the lot by 6:30. All this, and Jon stayed late to make sure I was taken care of on the night before his birthday, when he had a dinner date planned with his girlfriend. I never write reviews (Im normally too lazy), but this experience was spectacular. If youre looking at purchasing a bike, go talk to Jon Wienecke at Buddy Stubbs Anthem Harley Davidson. You will not be disappointed.

I have been bringing my 2000 Heritage to Buddy Stubbs Anthem for service, since moving to AZ 6 years ago. This past weekend I made the decision to trade it in, so my first (and ultimately only) stop was to the Anthem store. I began working with Tony Patterson, from the service department, to find just the right bike. Tony (along with John from sales) did an excellent job of first understanding my needs, and then taking the appropriate steps to get me on the right bike. Tonys knowledge and customer service skills are tops in my opinion. He was patient in addressing my many questions, and even met me at my house to unload the new bike. I could not be happier with my overall experience, and as a result of it I can confidently say that Buddy Stubbs Anthem has a service and sales customer for as long as I live in AZ. Thank you Tony and everyone at Buddy Stubbs for making all my experiences exceptional! Mark Costello, Phoenix. 2015 Road King.

ive brought many bikes to buddy stubbs for repairs and service, and couldnt be happier with the service Tony and the service techs provide. Communication is the key and they hold that up with honors. I recently had my handle bars done on my 2014 ultra limited. I gave them a tight timeline I needed it done by and they had me rolling out on time. they even went the extra mile to drive and grab parts needed at the end just so I rolled out on time. ive had friends break down and tony had a trailer to pick them up within a hour of the call, and had the bike fixed within an hour of rolling it in there doors. my bike is always clean and they even notify me of other issues right on the spot if they havent already taken care of it. thats good service. I recommend everyone go there if you want to be treated right and have quality service. thanks you guys rock

Bought a new bike there yesterday. Over my lifetime, I have purchased six bikes from dealers and this is the first time I came away from it without feeling liked I got screwed. Frank and Jeff were great, very personable, answered all my questions and made helpful suggestions. While I likely COULD have gotten a little better deal had I played the game of pretending to walk out, saying I want to think about it, etc. I got what I consider to be a FAIR deal without all the game playing hassle. All the rest of the folks in the store were friendly and eager to help as well. That is diametrically opposed to the HD store I live four miles from in Mayer, that everytime you walk in the door, they act as if they are annoyed you have disturbed their BS with the buddies session, and you have to practically beg someone to take your money for a tshirt......

My first experience at Buddy Stubbs in Anthem and probably my last. I dropped off my bike on 11/6/14 for oil leaks & gas tank repair, was told I would get it back on 11/15/14. I just picked it up today 11/22/14. Since I had oil on the motor and side of bike I asked Service advisor Tony Patterson if the bike would be washed when I picked it up he said yes. I spent close to $1200 and rode it back home to Surprise dirty. Very disappointed with several things, time frame one week later, dirty bike and I ordered a part that was never ordered even after I mentioned it to Tony on the 6th and earlier this week when he called and said he had to replace my petcock. I saw good reviews and decided to make the drive to Anthem, I wouldnt recommend Buddy Stubs in Anthem.

I would recommend everything except the service department. The service writer is not professional and his favourite answer is "I dont know". I dropped my bike off for a 2 hour speaker and amp install. Was promised the bike at noon, received a call that there was a challenge with an aftermarket fairing support, agreed on extra cost to modify a bracket. Was told bike would be done at 3:00. Show up bike still apart, Things happen but poor communication on the service end. 4:15 and still no word on when bike will be complete. I will not be using this shop again. Have used Trask Performance and Scottsdale Harley before and what a total positive experience.

My starter went out on my 2011 flhx. After calling several dealerships including chandler h d where I bought the bike new I was told they could get it in today 1/4/14 but couldnt get it done till 1/7/14. For a flippin starter with extended warranty. I called stubbs anthem and talked to tony. Tony told me it shouldnt be a problem. ( oh yah I live in east mesa so its a drive ) I arrived at stubbs at 10:30 and left at 1:00. With a new starter covered by my extended warranty. Thanks to tony and the service dept. Well worth the travel.

We had a wonderful experience when purchasing our 2009 FLHR. The sales staff was overwhelmingly friendly. They made us feel like a part of their family. The staff in Service and Parts were also extremely helpful. The dealership itself was amazing as well. This dealership has plenty to offer from the Big Fan when you walk through the doors, free coffee, snakes, customer lounge, and of course a wonderful selection of new and used motorcycle. I would highly recomend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a Harley-Davidson.

Purchased my bike last fall from Buddy Stubbs Anthem. Stopped in to see Tony to have a few things done in the service department. LED lights, Seat, etc..... Dropped it off in the am and picked it up in the afternoon as promised. No tricks or upsell. Tony gave some great advice for the lighting and helped me get the most for my money. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. Its nice to live right in Anthem and have a reputable dealer so close. Keep up the good work!

I have been riding, buying, and modifying motorcycles for 45 years and I cannot say enough good things about Buddy Stubbs Anthem HD. From the knowledgeable friendly sales staff, to Will and his boys in parts, to Tony and his guys in service; these guys know their stuff and have gone out of their way to treat this customer right. I recently had Tonys service group perform some modifications to my new 2014 Street Glide and can say price and service were top notch.
