Buyer beware!!! Will never do business here again. My husband and I bought a RZR (so we thought) through them. We went to our bank, RideNow sent a PO over to the bank with a VIN number for the unit we were purchasing. We signed all our paperwork with our bank and then they handed us a check for the full purchase price. We drove down to RideNow Surprise with our check. We did a whole walk through on a unit, signed all of our purchasing paperwork for the same VIN number we just signed for at the bank. We were told our unit would be delivered to our house 2 days later since they had to bring it in from the warehouse. All was great...then the next day rolled around and the sales manager called to say someone else sold that unit to another individual. One would think not a big deal, right? WRONG!!!! We now have to get our check back from RideNow (remember this for later) take that back to our bank, have RideNow send another PO over then RESIGN all of our paperwork, get a new check and drive back to RideNow. Talking to the sales manager he first offers free delivery (please see above where they are already delivering it for free, so not much of an "Im sorry this happened"). Once I told the sales manager they were already doing that for free he offers me a $100 gift card. Ok, anyone who is into this sport, or street bikes, dirt bikes, quads, etc...can tell you that $100 will not do much for anything you need. I then let the sales manager talk to my husband, now he is willing to throw in a free road ready kit (this would cost the average Joe maybe $300, but in parts cost them maybe $75). We get off the phone with RideNow because my husband and I need to think how we want to handle this. I got a call from my bank later and they said because the loan already closed we are being charged a daily interest, but the assured me they could get that taken care of for me. She then informs me that RideNow has already cashed the check WTF?!?! you sold the unit to someone else then cash my check, really?!?!?! At this point I am done, I drive to RideNow to get a check. The sales manager had the you can go elsewhere if you want attitude, the apology didnt feel sincere. He tells me that the GM has to cut the check and they will call me to let me know when he is able to do that. Ummmm, no, they will be working on my schedule I will not be working on theirs! So, fast forward to today. I go in at 930 to pick up my check and the GM hands it to me. Not even an Im sorry, is there anything we can do to earn your trust or business back, NOTHING!!! So we are now going to use Iron City Polaris, who has been amazing. They are going to sell me exactly what I want for the same price as RideNow and throw in the road ready kit and the icing on the cake is I dont feel like I got f*@ked over. Also, be careful of their service department. We bought a ZX14 from the Peoria location several years ago and bought the service agreement. Every time we took it in it would come back with greasy fingerprints all over it. The last time we took it in, my husband rode it all the way home to find out the swing arm bolt was not tight, it was kind of wobbling around in there. As he started to look around there were more loose bolts...

I took my 2014 motorcycle in for service. The motorcycle only had 3090 miles on it. This was the second scheduled maintenance. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my bike. I get my bike back and it is running absolutely terrible. I was getting about 10 miles a gallon and the throttle was either fully on or completely off there was no cruising. I started getting seasick going down the interstate having to turn the throttle on and let go of it over and over. The bike would jerk back and forth like a spark plug was missing its spark. What a terrible ride I took it back and it took a week for them to figure out what was wrong with the bike. It took them another week to get ahold of Suzuki and they tell me it is the throttle body. I am told the entire throttle body needs to be changed out which is a $1,600 part. Of course the warranty ended 2 months ago, but luckily Suzuki did warranty it under the emissions. My motorcycle has been in the shop for over three weeks now and I am still waiting for the part to show up from Suzuki. I know my motorcycle went in there running perfect and just for a basic service so why am I waiting a month to have my bike fixed. If something went wrong with it during the service and they needed to order a part from Suzuki then Suzuki should have shipped it overnight or 2 to 3 day shipping Max. How inconvenient on the customer to not have their motorcycle for over a month when it went in for a basic service and came out all messed up. Granted it was not RideNows fault, that i know of coincidence who knows), but Suzuki should have sent the part faster. This entire time I was working with Derek at the front desk of the service department, and he was absolutely fantastic with keeping me updated. Was i frustrated absolutely, but not with Derek. I was frustrated with Suzuki taking so long to get a part to the dealership. I like to think of it as this. When my car or truck is in the shop the dealership always gives me a rental if it is going to be a few days or more. Some people depend on their motorcycle as their only means of transportation. When I was finally able to get my motorcycle back I was told the battery was close to being dead so it needed to be charged. So I have not had a chance to really ride it but it felt like it was back to normal for the short distance I road home. The battery now charging and I will see what happens later.

Finally writing this review... Its been 8 long months of contemplating to do this... I bought a 2015 Slingshot, the stores demo unit. The buying experience wasnt to bad. However, once I purchased the unit, I had nothing but issues from day 1. Mainly a starting issue where the vehicle literally just wouldnt start. You press the button and nothing happened. Eventually the problem magically went away for a few weeks (2) and I started to do some aftermarket work to it (LEDs, New valve cover, colored coolant tubes, some paint, leather wrapped steering wheel)... Then that starting issue popped right back up... I contacted this store and they told me to take it to a closer store to me and I did. No issue was found, even though the unit was brought in dead...? They recharged the battery and I was on my way. This same issue literally has now happened dozens of times in the past 8 months. I have brought it this location a few times for warranty relay work and this same starting issue with no success at figuring out the problem. I have brought my slingshot to now multiple techs at multiple locations and still, no one can give me an answer and they say its working perfect, yet whenever they pick up the unit from my residence, its dead. So it magically gets charged and fixed on the ride to the shop??? Then I get it back, it works for a quick second and bam, dead again. Ive been very patient but they have sold me a lemon basically. I even reverted the vehicle back to stock (remember all the upgrades I invested in and are now useless? Yeah, Im out of that money too) and yet the issue still persists. I called them a week and half ago to come pick up the unit and no one came. I contacted them 3 days ago and spoke to the service manager and still nothing. I called them today and no answers at all! I want a working l or I want to be reimbursed for this nightmare. I will not be doing further business with this location if the issue doesnt get resolved, Ill be forwarding my progress with legal action and reaching out to all of the local new stations with this.
