Fantastic sales experience. I have a 2014 Honda CTX 700DCT. So far Ive outfitted it with an upgraded windscreen and hyper-lites for additional rear brake visibility. Since there is now a windscreen option that is not only taller but has side winglets as well, I just ordered it from Go AZ. Not only do they have the best prices (even beating the quote to purchase said items online myself), they have excellent staff who strive to make every visit to Go AZ truly an experience by providing a world-class customer experience. This is my new go-to for accessories for my Honda. We just purchased a 2014 BMW and the entire experience was truly world-class. We had Go AZ on the lookout for a used BMW for us a couple of months ago. As soon as this one hit their floor, they immediately contacted us. We came right out to take a look. The bike was beautiful and just what we were looking for. From the time we said "well take it" to the final signature on paperwork, it took 45 minutes tops. What a sales experience. These guys know what they are doing. The bike was given its full 6-month maintenance and fully detailed before we came to pick it up. We received a very thorough introduction to the bike and how all of the options, gauges, and other electronics worked. There was quite the ceremony to join the Go AZ family which included a very cool video countdown, complete with all staff on hand participating and a huge gong that my husband got to strike. That was very, very cool. You guys keep up the great work. You have customers for life here!

Above and Beyond. And the best price on Heidenau tires in the Phoenix area, as well as on the web, and the lowest installation price if ordered through them. Felipe(?) placed my tire order over the phone and when I arrived, Justin in the service department took care of me. Along the way there were a few hiccups, to no fault of GO AZ. In short, it took longer than expected. Justin made sure I was comfortable and taken care of during the extended wait and went above and beyond to make sure everything got done as quickly as possible, that I could take care of any errands I had while in town, and showed a level of concern for me as a customer. He cared. The mechanics also cleaned my bike! I spent a bit of time with some of the staff, CJ, Kelly, Justin, Tommy(?), and another whos name is escaping me. All of them were excited to talk with me and I felt right at home pretty quickly. Ive been to quite a few different bike shops, for all different bike issues. One, I felt, did an okay job and were friendly in the process. None compare with GO AZ Peoria. The crew there is of high quality and caliber.

We went in the Peoria Location, "You know just looking" They listened to what my wife and I were kinda looking for. We were not actually sure what we wanted then. But they pointed us in a few directions till we found a bike we liked. I am a pretty critical person, I dont ever make decisions based on a first time visit. But this group in Peoria was awesome to deal with. Ron McLean was our main man with the deal. Personalized service from finding the bike, to the final sale. Rons genuine personality catapults him beyond a business relationship to this guy should be our friend! Great guy! And he introduced us to all the folks there. We became particularly fond of Spencer Faggioni parts specialist. His knowledge of products have been key to all our purchases there. From customizing our new Triumph Thunderbird. To the last bit of details on our riding gear. Love it there! AND a great destination location for a ride! Top notch store and hang out!

Among the best retail experiences Ive ever had...and I was just looking! First, let me say that I was in town on business, and I manage a motorcycle dealership...but Go AZ West completely impressed me. I came for the nearby HD dealer, and stopped by out of curiousity. Aside from the gorgeous store and amazing brands offered, I was treated with incredible hospitality & genuine interest. I was greeted at the door immediately, allowed to look on my own, and re-engaged by Jennifer D. within just a few minutes. From there, I was taken all over the dealership & introduced to a total of 5 employees...all without the promise of a sale. It left me completely excited about brands Ive not yet owned before. Now Im sad I dont live in the area! I feel like I made friends....and that is what this is all about!

Service was great when I went in until I told them I couldnt pay for the bike that day &dont tell a customer youll hold a bike for 24 hours until I called...and then sell it out from under them. When a customer calls with a concern and you say youll get back to them within the hour... I shouldnt still be waiting for a call 6 hours later. Very disappointed. Just wanted to put an update on this...after this bad experience I spoke with Tommy @ Peoria and Jason @ Scottsdale... And they made everything super easy while helping me figure out what we were gonna do next and they really do care! Went into Scottsdale with intent of getting one bike and walked out with two. Super happy with the experience after the struggle was resolved. Will be coming back for all my motorcycle needs!

GO AZ Peoria is awesome!! this is my third motorcycle Ive got from go az , I went over to their new location where John Sanders from sales and both Shawn and Kevin from financing got me an amazing deal on a Ducati. Their customer service is amazing they take you around their whole new dealership and introduce you to every department so that all the employees are familiar with their customers ! great satisfaction from this place! Will definitely be coming back for any of my issues ! When purchasing a vehicle from them they will turn their whole entire show room into a motorcycle dance off. Youll have to buy a bike there to understand experience. Thanks again to everyone at go az peoria!!

Awesome awesome awesome. I went into the service department 40 minutes before closing and they were more than happy to take care of me. They even worked past their closing time to make sure I got what I needed fixed. Awesome customer service. While I was waiting one of the sales reps sat and talked to me about motorcycles and was beyond friendly. I had tried to get in touch with a few other service departments before I found this place and I didnt hear back and had poor customer service with those 3 other places. One of those places was even referred to me by where I bought my bike. Ill definitely go here more often for whatever I need. Awesome.

Had my first service today at Go AZ, as a former BMW Sales Expert at RideNow I have to say GO AZ puts RideNow to shame in service, parts and management. Dont know how else to say it but straight forward. The People are fantastic they have a superior inventory and the service writers could not have been better, believe I have known more than a few and these guys are the best. Not surprised to see at least 3 former RideNow employees working at GO AZ now and all three could not be happier. Got my bike back fully serviced and cleaned, a word Ridenow knows nothing about! Trust me folks go here and you will never go back to RideNow. END OF STORY
