I visited Apache in Phoenix last Saturday, 15 Jun, hunting for a Honda CTX700N-CDT. Their online info indicated they had one in inventory, and I was greeted by Josh as I entered the store. He was with someone, and came to me promptly thereafter. He was professional, courteous and respectful. He answered all my questions, and showed me all about the prospective purchase. We adjourned to his office, where he quickly took some personal info from me, and asked for a few minutes to generate a quote. Not only was the quote reasonable, in fact it was highly attractive. I asked for time to consult with my wife. He said to take my time, that a simple phone call to him and a binding deposit that day would seal the deal. We called that afternoon, and went back to the store, where Josh put everything together to our satisfaction, and delight. I arranged to pick up the bike the following Tuesday. When Tuesday arrived, Josh and I sat down, and whole deal was completed in less than 20 minutes. The bike was prepped, I was shown how to operate the controls, and I was delighted. The entire experience at Apache was delightful. At 68 years old, I tend to be put off by aggressive sales types, and finance guys who then try to oversell you. None of that happened. The parts staff, the service staff, and especially Josh, always treated me with respect and dignity. I have had the bike for all of 36 hours, and I am KNOCKED OUT. WTG, Apache; WTG, Josh.

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I ride a M109R. I needed to get a new key cut from the original. I found Champion of Mesa did not put in my key code into their database when I bought my bike. I call Champion and they tell me to go to Apache in Phoenix to get my key cut right there, they will have my key code. They did not, I asked the floor salesman what else can I do because I still need my key cut and they did not enter the key code when they should have upon purchase. I was told by the customer service floor salesman "Thats not my problem." When I tried to restate my case to get a different reaction and find some middle ground, he became adjitated, his lips started to quiver, he raised his voice and began leaning forward in an offensive stance. My point. If you have any needs or concerns do not take them to Apache Honda because it is "NOT THEIR PROBLEM" any you just may get assaulted, intimidated or belittled. Fine fine customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM APACHE. They have a history of poor customer service just read the other reviews. I am not impressed at all and will never patron this store again, nor will anyone in my bike club patron Apache. Well done gentlemen. Very classy job. Ccan you smell the sarcasm?

Back in May, I was interested in saving some money on my commute, and elected to get a Honda PCX150. I contacted Mike at Apache on the advice of one of my coworkers. He was very nice and explained that the PCX150 would not be available until July. Well, July came and Mike had sent me an e-mail to let me know that the PCX was now in, but in Phoenix it was still in the +110 degrees and I wasnt ready for riding. But when it started cooling down, I went by Apache to see if they still had the scooter available and had the good fortune to meet with Josh. He was an excellent salesperson. Absolutely no pressure and he was full of great information for a new rider, like me. I purchased the scooter, and was given complete information on how everything worked and when I need maintenance. My boyfriend and I were so impressed, that a few days later he went and bought the other PCX150. Once again, Josh was excellent to deal with and we were in and out in less than an hour. Kudos to Apache, Josh & Mike! I look forward to using my new commuter-scooter at 95mpg :-)

Apache Motorcycles on Camelback I totaled my 2007 Yamaha VStar on on 5/21/2012. Which I purchased from Apache about three years ago. Apache had given my such a good deal back then that the Insurance company paid me more than what I had paid for the bike originally. Good thing since I have no credit right now. I was able to buy a 2006 Honda Aero yesterday with the payoff a little out of pocked. Over the years the biggest selling point for Apache has been Troy in the Service Dept. He has always went above and beyond what you would expect. I purchased my Honda Aero from Ron. He had to work hard to get me my Honda within my budget. I was thinking about a Harley Sportster. Only reason I do not buy one is Apache does not sell them. Thanks Apache. My next bike in a couple of years will be purchased from you guys. Special Thanks to Troy and Ron.

Brought my Vulcan 900 Custom in to Apache to fix a botched LED conversion from another shop. Ernie and his guys had it fixed and working perfectly in 2 hours. 3 weeks later and about 2,000 miles away, I had a problem with my brake lights. I called Apache, from Virginia, and they consulted me over the phone and we figured out what the problem was together. THATS customer service. It would have been so easy for them to just tell me to take it to a shop in my current city. But Apache stepped up and helped me get my problem fixed right away. I will always recommend friends and family to take their bikes to Apache. When so many shops try to shift the blame, and make excuses, Apache focuses on the customer and takes pride in their product. They do great work, get it done on time, and stand by their results.

Me and my family were looking at purchasing a pair of Seadoo Sparks with a double trailer. I was looking to get as much of the deal locked up ahead of time before making our way to make the purchase. Tate Roan was an amazing salesman. He got back to me super quick from my online inquiry and gave me straight up out the door pricing. By the time we went on Saturday to pick everything up, it was all ready to go, all we had to do was sign paperwork and hook the trailer up and we were off! Super happy with our experience with Apache Motorcycles and will continue to use them in the future for any future equipment that we are looking for or looking to upgrade the Seadoo Sparks to a bigger unit. Tate, thanks for the help and the many years of enjoyable fun on the lake you have given our family. - Sean and family
