Great shop, great folks. Ive owned BMW motorcycles for years and have been to many, many other BMW shops, many of which fall far short of expectations. NOT so with GO AZ; they are top notch. A couple of years ago I picked up a nail in Sedona and had a slow leak in the rear tire. The folks at GO AZ made time to fix it while I waited; they also let me & wife ride a demo K1600 GT to visit a 100-year-old cousin who lived nearby. This year I needed a 54,000 mile service and another rear tire on my R1200RT after riding here from Texas. While the service was being done Chris (in sales) put me & wife on another demo K1600 GT and told us to ride 20 miles to Saquaro Lake for a REAL test ride. We did, and my wife loved the K bike, so we bought a brand new one, taking advantage of a new BMW financing plan that allows for lower payments for the first four years. (We are financing a $28,000 bike as if it were a $14,000 bike for the first four years.) Several guys worked late to get us out the door on the new bike. Chris stayed late, Steve, his boss stayed late, Jason, the finance guy worked late, and we left the shop after 8pm on the new bike, an hour after closing time. Next day I returned for some straps I had left in the top case and a few other odds & ends. Brett (in service) took the time, at NO CHARGE, to find tools to return my Texas license plate (with locking helmet holders). Garrett (in parts) helped me find the correct AeroFlow windshield to order and admitted to no experience with AeroFlow since his customers had previously been satisfied with Baileys windscreens. He suggested that the bag liners from the 1200 would probably work as well as buying new ones for the 1600, thereby saving me some $$. The previous day, David (in parts) had answered several questions to my complete satisfaction (and Im a techie). I found myself a bit nostalgic getting my things from the old R1200RT and cannot say more about the service than that they had completed it all and checked the battery, noticed excessive wear on the brake pads (but honestly suggested that it could wait until we got home to Texas - until we told them that would be next January and perhaps 20,000 miles later). Zak & Brett (in service) were both quite friendly and competent as were David & Garrett (in parts). I was surprised to be hailed by Steve, the service manager, who recognized me as the guy who traded in the 1200 for the 1600 and commented that it was indeed wonderful that I had met Curtis, the master mechanic who serviced my 1200, in Vermont last year at the Inn at Long Trail. Curtis and I had exchanged a few words as he left the shop after servicing the 1200. Delightful that he will be taking his nephew, a high school senior, on a long hike this summer after graduation. All-in-all this is a great shop with a great, friendly, competent staff, obviously well-run and well managed. I read a bunch of Yelp reviews before writing this; there were a few 1-star gripes, but many more 5-star reviews from satisfied customers. The owner or manager had responded to several of the reviews and usually offered to make things right for the complainers.

Another 5 star review for Go AZ! My husband and I came to check out the Urals they had in stock after doing some shopping on Craigslist. We even commented before we got there how many good reviews this place had. Now we know why! Although they were busy the day we were there, Dexter Giesen came over to help as soon as he could. After we decided to talk prices, him and Don worked hard to get us a number we could be happy with. When the guys found out my husband was a mechanic, there was no pushy up-sell of the extended warranties, just a reasonable conversation on how they might benefit us. Everyone we dealt with seemed to have great pride in Go AZ, and it was cool to hear the story of how it got started. Its not often you look forward to going back to a dealership, but I definitely wont dread going back for my break-in service (did I mention they have one of the very few Ural Master Techs on staff?). I also look forward to the Ural rides/get together I hope they have more of in the future. Ill definitely be recommending them to anyone doing some motorcycle shopping!

Ive had some extensive maintenance done on my Ural here at GOAZ Motorcycles. Charlie has been the person working on my bike and I cant recommend OR THANK him enough. Hes been instrumental in getting the bike running smoothly. The guys in the Service Dept that schedule appointments were also great to work with. Brett in particular was my most frequent contact, but Nate and stepped in when Brett was busy or off for the day. I will throw my two cents inhere about Ural motorcycles. Get one! They are a blast! The customer support that Ural provides along with GOAZs service are second to none in my experiences.

I had been looking to purchase a motorcycle for quite a while. It became stressful up until I came across GO AZ. John Murrieta was extremely personable and really took care of me. Before we even talked about motorcycles he was telling me about a great motorcycle museum in my local area. Both he and Andy in financing communicated with me the whole time and kept me updated through the process as I purchased out of state. Not a thing I would change. If youre looking to for a great experience while buying a motorcycle these are the guys to go to. So happy I ended up finding them.

I have purchased 7 motorcycles from GO AZ. They are simply the best to deal with. John in BMW sales is terrific and Nathan, Jordan and Garrett in parts will work extremely hard to find what you need. Zack in service is fantastic and takes the time to give you suggestions on setting up a new bike exactly they way you want it. First rate group of folks and I cannot recommend them highly enought.

Just had my 15,000 km service on my Ural (M70 Solo) performed by Charlie. He once again did an outstanding job. We spoke before and after the service. Charlie checked the rear brakes and flushed it, going above and beyond the normal or "regular" scheduled service. He always has and gives good advice for those who need it and/or ask for it. I highly recommend him for ALL of your motorcycle needs.

Never has spending $500 felt so good with Garrett and Seth installing my new comms in 2 different helmets. These two guys embody customer service that is expected when you visit GO AZ Scottsdale....I wish I could say the same for Peoria! Again thank so very much for taking the time on a busy day and going over the app and all controls on my new Cardo Packtalk Duo! Jonathan

A huge shout out to the team at GO AZ BMW. I was travelling and they managed to squeeze me in a very little notice for a major service. The whole team was terrific - responsive, helpful, efficient and just great to deal with. They couldnt have taken better care of me or my bike. Big special thanks to Chappy and Zac. Great job team.
