I live in Anthem and I drive all the way down to Apache Scottsdale specifically for Mike and Allan. Those guys are so honest and give such good service that they are worth the drive. I get my oil changed every five thousand miles. I had passing lights put on. I had an LED brake light bar installed. Every time I hear something weird, I ask them about it. They give me honest answers. Allan takes me to my bike on the rack and points to the item and explains how it works and what my options are. Who does that??? At 15,000 miles, I told Mike that I needed the valves adjusted. He started the motorcycle and said that it sounded normal. He suggested that I wait until I hit 25,000 to 30,000 miles. A few weeks later, I found an owners manual online for my Royal Star Venture and it states that I should have the values checked and adjusted every 26,000 miles. Mike turned down business that I specifically asked for. Why? Honesty. I am a customer for life. Mike and Allan are worth the drive.

I have 2 street bikes and have been going here for the last 2 years. These guys all ride and know what it means to be treated the way customers should. The service department: has done everything from routine maintenance to mods on both my bikes. Service Mgr., Mike is always straight forward and no bullsh*t. Garret and Allen are great techs that do things the right way the first time. Always taking the time to LISTEN to what I want and then follow thru and do things properly and correctly, like it was their own bike. Parts: Aaron has always been super helpful and gets me dialed in with the correct parts for my bikes, the first time! Ive had routine maint: Oil & Filter, Brake Flush & Fluid, Coolant Flushes, Tires, etc...electrical work like Heated Grips, Accessory Lights, Power Hub installations. Ive not had a chance to buy a bike from these guys, but they dont hassle me at all when I go in there and sit on all the new ones. :-)

I was looking to buy a KLR 650, so I went to Apache. There was no pressure at all. Josh was phenomenal in answering my questions without attempting to sway my decision. I was torn between the KLR and a cruiser. He patiently put up with my verbally expressed mental wrangling, and handled the entire process with exceptional knowledge and the utmost in professionalism. I bought the KLR, and when I asked him if the bike was going to be topped off before I rode away, he replied that it was already being done... and it was. He explained everything to me, went through the controls, and made sure that I was comfortable operating the bike before I left. A fantastic deal, and an exceptional staff. Im already telling people where I got the bike from, including directions. Thanks guys!

I was thinking about buying a new 2017 RXP-X next season. Stopped by after work just to see one in person. Josh the general manager simply made me a deal I just couldnt refuse. We shook hands on it. I went today after work and they got me a white one from the warehouse that they didnt have at this location. Two guys loaded the ski and I was in and out in 30 minutes. 15 minutes of that was me inspecting the ski. I seriously never had such good fast service before!! My brother will go there soon for a GTX or RXTX and Ill make sure to spread the good word. Whatever you have in your mind now about dealers just drop it. Dont make a phone call trying to get the best deal. Simply go visit Josh and youll walk out with a new toy like I did!! Summer time fun in the sun!! Thanks Josh

After shopping around for a new Maverick X3 Max RS, I was pointed in the direction of We Ride Powersports by a good friend. To my amazement, they had 2017s new in stock for $25428!!! I called and spoke with Steve in Sales. He was very informative and easy to talk to. No pressure to buy or haggling on the phone. I also applied for financing through the dealership and was taken care of by Josh. On Saturday 8/12/17 my girlfriend and I drove to the dealership and saw the new Maverick. The whole process of purchasing this vehicle was quick and painless. The staff was courteous and the parts dept helped with getting my girlfriends daughters sized for helmets and goggles. Overall I am very pleased with this purchasing experience and glad that I did not purchase from Ride Now.

The guys both in the front and back of the house are great. They share their knowledge with you without any expectation and dont anticipate making a sale on you. I have been helped several times with just advice from the back service guys in the shop without ever actually paying for any service. I recently returned to have a few things serviced and can genuinely say you dont see shops like this very often. The honesty and knowledge is beyond words. You can feel the satisfaction after leaving here. This is my first street bike, low miles, used and has its fair share of issues going on, but Im sure as hell sticking with these guys to go through the repairs. At least check them out and see for yourself.

I purchased a Yamaha VStar 1100 from this company ten years ago and I just turned 70k on my bike and thanks to the service provided by Apache Motorcycles Scottsdale I can honestly say it runs just as good as it did when I first drove off on it a decade ago. I consider Mike in service a friend and have nothing but good things to say about the service provided by the team working in that department. I still really enjoy my bike but when the day comes for me to buy another motorcycle I will buy it from Apache Motorcycles.

My sister in law bought a bike from the mesa branch and her bike was in the shop most of the first 2 months and the whole time telling us how we have neglected the bike so much then reminding them we just bought it from them. I have been to this branch at least 3 times standing outside looking at the bikes for at least 20 minutes each time with nobody caring to come talk to me so I just leave and I am looking to buy a bike for me and my wife. horrible customer service.

Ordered wrong parts, and it was even for the wrong side. Didnt fix my bike, instead just ran the batt dead and told me it was bad.( still using it) trailered my bike home only to find it was overfilled on oil by a quart. Only takes 3. But the part that really got to me was that it had an intermittent cutting out issue and they went into the motor for some reason. Its had a ping noise ever since. I wont ever go back. Suit yourself all.

Love these guys. No nonsense pros who do right by their customers. Aaron, the resident parts guru, is outstanding. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of parts and though you wouldnt describe him as overly warm at first hes as honest as the day is long and will give you his honest opinion even if it means you buy less than you might have. With a new to me SV650 in need of a bit of TLC Im sure Ill be back for many future visits.
