I recently got my bike out of storage and the FI light was coming on. It was due for the yearly service anyway (which was also performed by Ridenow Goodyear), so I call to make an appointment. They said they could not perform the service and run the diagnostic for a few days, which was fine by me, and I dropped off the bike. It wasnt until several days later that the service even got done, at which point they found that the battery was no good. I had a conversation with them on the phone that explicitly stated that when the new battery was put in, if the FI light cleared DO NOT RUN THE DIAGNOSTIC (as it was an additional $100 or so). Come to find out they replaced the battery, but they claimed the light was still in so they ran the diagnostic (low and behold it was due to the original battery being bad, and the new one they put in was running at a low voltage because the technician left the key on OVERNIGHT). So essentially they caused the condition of the FI light, several days AFTER they orginally had said they would get to it. As I was out of town for a few days when the service was performed, it took a couple extra days for me to be able to come pick it up. This was explained to the service technician at the time, and this will come into play later. So after the bill was tallied (which was around $360), I learn that the full yearly service was not performed as was orginally requested (only an oil change). I also learned at that point why they FI light still came on after the new battery was installed (again, it was THEIR NEGLIGENCE IN LEAVING THE KEY IN THE ON POSITION OVERNIGHT). And since the required yearly service required an air filter replacement, the service tech said I should bring it back in for that (fat chance there!). Then he proceeded to tell me he was doing me a favor for not charging a storage fee for the bike (despite the fact that the actual service performed didnt happen until days after originally scheduled). I cannot speak for the sales end of the business, but as far as the service goes I feel they are overpriced, incompetent, and on some level dishonest. I will NOT be bringing any of my motorcycles to Ridenow Goodyear for service again.

I own a 2006 Kawasaki Vulcan that I had purchased used from the RideNow location in Tucson with a warranty. I had issues with the seals on the front forks, which were covered under warranty. I made an appointment, and while there decided to get them to service the bike as well. Normally, I do the work myself, but I did not have the time. When I made the appointment over the phone, I told the technician what the issue was, simply the seals on the front right fork. He told me that it was very common for those seals to go out, because of the dry heart we have here in AZ. He had all the information about the bike, since i had bought it at RideNow and had purchased the warranty through them. However, when I took the bike in to the appointment, several days after our phone call, he told me that he had to order the parts in, which would take about a week. Eight days after I dropped the bike off, he called and said it was ready. However, the very next day, I was leaving for Mississippi, and was planning on being gone for 3 weeks. I did not have time to pick the bike up, as I was finishing up at work, packing, and getting ready to leave. I asked if a friend could pick it up for me. They said no, it absolutely has to be the owner that picks it up. I said that was not possible, and asked if they could store it for me until I got back. They said they would, but for a substantial fee. They would not budge at all on the fee, and when it was all said and done, I was forced to delay my travel plans, just so I could go pick the bike up to avoid a hefty storage fee. In short, with plenty of advance notice, and knowing exactly what my bike was and what was wrong, they still had not ordered parts, and forced me to wait over a week for the bike. This caused me to delay my travel plans, simply to avoid the storage fee. And did I mention that the reason I was going to Mississippi was for my wedding? The service work on my bike was done well, but the customer service is severelylacking. Furthermore, I get a call from RideNow almost every month asking me if im ready to upgrade my bike, which is incredibly annoying. When im ready to upgrade, I will take my business elsewhere.

Most horrible customer service. For one Geoff the service writer with all his arrogance is very short with you. Dont care or listen what you have to say. Talks over you. NO customer service skills whats so ever! This place takes zero responsibility for breaking your stuff and then making you pay for there negligence !!! Three weeks ago I took my dirt bike in to get tire replaced ... At that time they told me u needed wheel barrings and spacers, I didnt have $280 at that time so told them I would bring it back after I get that money. RideNow put my bike tire completely on and they told me its against our advise to ride the bike.. so I didnt. Last week called them and had my parts ordered the price jumped to $370 I was like okay. Put it in this Monday it was to be done today(Tuesday). Called at 4pm still not done even though Kyle said they had cancellations at 530 they called me..all the sudden I have a stripped bolt they want to charge me another $180.. RIDENOW were the ones who worked in my bike previously and they must tightened my back axle bolt so tight they stripped it and call me and said I did it.. WHAT!! and that they wouldnt fix it. When I had asked to talk to the service manager he never came to talk to us, they ignored the request and refuses to come talk to us. So that guy seriously needs to be replaced, its his job talk to customers when there is problem not jump up from his desk an run to back of shop to hide!!! End result I had to pay restocking fee for their foul!!PLEASE people dont waste your time or your money!! Ride Now charges way to much and WILL NOT take care of you. There are so many shops with great service writers and certified techs, that wont break your bikes and charge half the price! I learned hard way all because they were down road from my house. Take my advice or waste the money something that only costs $200 to fix they will have you in end paying triple. My wife has bought 3 bikes and quads from there, that will never happen again and we will spread the word of the Ill service department and the cover ups of the service techs and the poor manager skills and poor service in general!

Big thanks to RideNow Goodyear for going above and beyond to make buying a new bike as special as can be. When I was younger, my dad traded in his motorcycle for a minivan to help get all of us kids from one activity to the next. Thirteen years later, my mom, brother and I decided to buy him a Honda VTX 1300. We found this sweet beauty of a deal at RideNow Goodyear and they took great care of us from start to finish. The best part of this story comes down to the presentation. My dad had no idea he was getting a bike, so after he got off work on Saturday, I called him asking him to meet me at the dealership to ride my Honda Rebel back home because I was too scared to ride it. He got out of his van and asked me the problem was, why I was scared and we walked into the store. Front and center was a huge gift; a bike all wrapped up with a bow and a new helmet. He assumed it was for another customer. I stopped him in front of the bike and said, “Dad, you’re actually not here to ride my bike. You’re here to ride home your brand new motorcycle home!” At that moment my mom jumped up from behind the bike and yelled “surprise” with the rest of the staff. The sales staff, management team and General Manager all came around to congratulate my dad and shake his hand. I’ve never seen my dad so surprised and excited. RideNow Goodyear made him feel like the biggest priority in the store regardless of the low price of the pre-owned bike. They went out of their way to talk to my dad and get him excited about having a bike again after so many years. Instead of bringing the bike to the back and slowing down the excitement, the service department came to the front to do the walkthrough. The amazing day ended with my dad riding his new bike out of the parking lot and into the sunset. Thank you RideNow Goodyear for giving your time, energy, and genuine care in making this gift giving experience special for my entire family. RideNow Powersports has the ability to provide more than just the products customers want, RideNow creates experiences and long lasting costumers.
