after my wife took her Honda shadow spirit over a curb bending the spokes to the front rim we took it here to Apache motorcycles Mesa Az. after towing the bike to the shop and getting a price list for all items and after stating many times " fix it all " we left the bike with them for the better part of the week as they worked on the bike and ordered a new rim. when we picked up the bike it had a new front rim along with new fork seals. they said nothing else was wrong with the bike and I was good to go till my next scheduled oil change. 2 months later the right fork was leaking. I called the Honda dealer and they took the bike back in and " fix" / replaced the seals in the right fork again at no charge..... 3 more months passed and the right seal was leaking again. I again called the Honda dealer but this time I asked the price quote to have the forks totally rebuilt. they never returned my call. so after a week I called back asking about the price quote, they proceeded to quote me around $1000 for a new front tire and new bushing / seals + labor. I told them that I had called about a total rebuild. springs, seals, bushing and all related parts. after that I never heard back from them again. so I started looking for a new shop to work on the bike. turned out the issue was the inner bushing had a 1/4" gap in it and the new shop said he was surprised it lasted as long as it did. I then took pics of the fork with the seal still in place and contacted Apache Motorcycles of Mesa where upon the manager flat out told me he did not believe me that there was no way this was the case and promptly followed with " we will not pay for any work done at another shop" that if I had brought the bike to them they could have looked to see what was wrong with the bike. COMMON REALLY GUY I called you 3 times about this and was willing to even pay for a total rebuild and you guys at Apache Motorcycles COULD NOT EVEN CALL ME BACK to set it up. then the guy had the nerve to say its only a $12 part so why would they not have fixed it...... UM IDK GUY WHY NOT?? why did I have to go to a new shop? I guess in the end its a blessing because thanks the total disrespect and shaty work at Apache Motorcycles I found a new shop that does great work and at LITERALY 1/4 the price Apache Motorcycles of Mesa. hope my $700 was worth the lose guys because Ill never be coming back. PS: I really wish you could post images on here just so you all could see the work Apache Motorcycles had done.

Have no clue what type of three ring circus the service shop is trying to pull off. Had my 2006 GSXR 1000 In for a simple Valve adjustment was quoted over the phone $330 get there first thing they have me do is buy 90 bucks in parts. Told me I had to bring my bike in cold so they could do the adjustment. So i loaded it up in my truck the night before drove it there and dropped it off. Day later I get a call bike is done but they tried starting it and it wouldnt idle/run and was pouring out black smoke, not exactly what you want to hear after you drop off your perfectly running bike. They asked if they could look into the problem more I said yes so they disconnected my power commander and found out that was the cause of the problem. $325 Being hard to believe seeing how its less than a year old and was working just fine the day before. When I went into the shop to pick up the bike they said they would hook back up the power commander and show me the problem. They started it up for me and long behold it was running just fine just like before. So I have no clue what were they trying to do if they were trying to scam me into buying a new power commander and also charging me for them to look or a problem that never was their. I have a feeling they hooked something up wrong the first time and correctly the second but do you think they would knock off some money off my $550 dollar bill nope this shop was very unprofessional and I would advise you to stay away from this shop. Lesson learned. Also when I brought my bike back home I noticed an air box screw stripped as well as the case cover bolt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going some where else for service.

Terrible. I asked how much longer for my tire installation, rim off of the bike already... Waited 2 to 3 hrs to get a front tire put on after purchasing the tire from them. Probably auto shop manager, older fat guy, grey hair, told me, "look, service on sales bikes comes first. Theyre working on a sales service right now, when theyre done with that, if they have time theyll get to your tire." Super stern and condescending, like I was some kid who just rode my bike across his lawn or something. I am a paying customer, on my day off, and definitely dont need that. This is after they said it would take an hour for the job. If you cant produce, then dont provide service to any one who didnt just purchase a vehicle through you. Dont provide the service, but then say you come last after everything else if we get around to it. Shops like this are the reason I do my own work now. They know they have your stuff that you care about. They know that you wont say a thing that resembles a complaint, from the fear that they might just crank down your bolts a little too tight and ruin whatever you own that is temporarily in their possession. Its a powerless feeling when you need your stuff fixed and you have nowhere else to go. Shops know they have this leverage over you. Go to a shop that will take advantage of that power the least. Youre less than a number to them.

My mom and I when in because I am looking to buy my first motorcycle and I was curious about some of the bikes and there history which I dont think is that bad but then there was a worker that walked by and asked without even stopping and I asked some questions like are the bikes outside used and do they know any history about them stuff like that the worker was very rude and he had a very bad attitude because he just liked stopped and was like yes they have been used and we dont know the history behind them very rude which I know that it doesnt sound rude but I guess you just had to be there the guy was older middle age kinda balled just be careful because I read these reviews before I whent and was like ya I will give it a try because I whent there before and liked it but the second time was not very pleasant I wont be returning because all lot of these comments that are negative the owner responds and sayshot they will bring it up in a meeting but it seems like it isnt working very well I would suggest a change in the way you deal with these negative people
