I got an oil change today. I was told an oil change was $45.00. I was ensured they do a safety inspection while doing the oil change. While waiting for the process to be finished (which took over an hour, with an early morning appointment) a service guy approached me. he advised the chain was loose and needed to be tightened for a low price of $20.00. i asked him if there was anything else wrong with my bike knowing there was a rear blinker out. He stated it wasnt and everything looked great. I told him about the blinker. Looking surprised he left and returned a few minutes later and advised both turn signals were out. I told him if he could find them that Id like them replaced to be road safe. He came back and told me they were $15.00 each. I obviously declined. Several minutes later, he found me and said my motorcycle was ready. He handed me a copy of a receipt and said the oil change was $89.00. I was shocked. He explained the $45.00 was just for service and I had to pay for the parts. $15.00 for the filter and $22.00 for the oil. OUTRAGEOUS !!!! When asked if they had done a safety inspection he said they did. When asked about what the inspection entails he said they make sure its road safe. I wanted to know what that means. Is there a check list the mechanic goes through on each bike? He couldnt explain. When asked about the details he attempted to sale me on a full service that was in his words "$200 and some change." I obviously declined that because I had just bought the bike from THAT dealership 4 months. I wasnt looking for anything for free I simply wanted to know what inspection if any was done on my bike. The service tech said they ride is around the building to ensure its safe to ride. When they do that ride they should be to feel whether or not the tire pressure is too low. Being fed up I left. I immediately called another dealership and they told me their oil charges are $55.00 but they DO include the filter and oil and a safety inspection of the bike. When you say an oil change is $45.00 plus parts, you probably should make it clear that price does not include the OIL AND FILTER.

I am a returning customer having spent spent roughly $9,000 here in the past five or six months; the MSF training course, all of my gear, and my first, new motorcycle (a CBR500R) and services paid in full. Matt with the sales team was great in really helping me get the price I wanted for the motorcycle. Matt Pangrazi with parts helped me pick out my gear, and again, great prices. My first service ended up being in and out quicker than was thought and at the right estimated cost. I have recently yearned for the step up to a supersport, and, since this location offers demos, figured I should do some research and try the bikes out themselves. I got there, asked for a demo, and mentioned that I would be interested in trading in. It was all set up easily and Tommy ran some numbers for me, value of mine, value of theirs, financing options, and all that good stuff. The first ride went fine, but, because traffic was a little heavy, was restricted to about 40mph. Oh well, Ill come back again when the traffic is down to get a better baseline. Next day, I brought my friend who I thought would love this place. I thought Id get to compare a CBR600RR and a ZX-6R, and maybe sign a deal in the near future, just not that day and they knew that. My friend and I only got as far as one bike before we were stopped by David and whoever he brought out with him (I dont believe he was ever introduced) saying that we cant just "come by and ride eighteen brand new motorcycles" if we werent going to be buying immediately. My friend had never been here before and had only ridden one motorcycle, while I had bought from here before, a few times. We felt pushed away and opted to leave. I only wanted to get a good fit before I bought anything, and thought Id introduce a friend to a usually friendly business.

As i write this i am getting even more upset with this place and will more than likely never go here again. I will first off say i have recently spent over $18,000 on a few motorcycles here and it was for the most part a great experience. I am not hard to please and i am a very resonable person, after 10+ yrs in the military you need to be. I went here to trade in one of the motorcycles i purchased here only 4 months ago, that is in amazing shape. Not only was i treated as an annoying gnat that wouldnt go away i received a very less than fair price for my trade, This isnt even the reason i am writing a review! I agreed to the price of the new bike and trade but ran out of time with the bank. The next day i got a call from the bank and after i was asked a few standard questions i was told i was approved for the loan. Thinking i was set i called the dealer but everyone was busy. After 5+ hrs of not being able to get a hold of anyone i made the long trip over. Now we get to the reason of this review. I felt as if i was being avoided and after i got to talk to someone i told them i was ready to sign. After another good 45+ mins of waiting, not a huge deal to me, i came to find out everything we talked about and agreed on was ignored! The numbers agreed on were replaced with total BS and was $3000 over the agreed price and still wanted another $1000 to make the deal work. When i asked what the hell happened i was hit with all this BS we didnt agree on and almost guilted out for not just paying the unagreed price. I hate being lied to and treated with such disrespect, i thought this place was ran with integrity. Apparently i was wrong.

Listen up because this is coming from someone who NEVER feels like writing a review...I believe that good customer service, follow-up and a commitment to help are all standard (although very important) pieces of any well run business and they should be expected at all times. That being said, when a business and / or a representative of a business goes over and above the level of expectation and they do so knowing that they will gain nothing for themselves in the end but are more thinking about the needs of a potential customer than anything else.... thats when I feel compelled to give well-deserved recognition and thanks. Without going into detail I recently had the pleasure of being "serviced" long distance (via phone) by Zach Acord of GOAZ of Scottsdale, AZ. He listened to my needs and expectations. He took additional time researching and trying to source the parts I needed. He came up blank as far as what GOAZ could help with me directly and he apologized for not being able to assist.... But then he went the extra mile and worked with me / helped me to track down the part that was vital to my project - regardless of reward going to him or GOAZ. If this is what a business does to help a person in need who is NOT yet their customer I cant wait until I experience what they do for someone who is a customer. Zach has earned my business for GOAZ moving forward and can be confident that when and where I can I will point business their way... cause I know theyll be treated in the best possible manner. A+ and thank you.
