I really want to thank the philanthropist Bob Parson for creating such an experience that helps so many. There is an energy and pride that each and every one who helped me shared your story with pride, now to my amazing adventure. My hat is off to the person who manages this dealership(family); you do an incredible job! I went online checking inventory and made a couple inquiries about a bike. The next morning a gentleman “Troy Woodbury“ phoned me (I was immediately comfortable; thanks Troy) and said he and received my credit application and had both bikes I was looking at. Arriving at the dealership I was greeted with genuine acceptance; something I never felt at Arrowhead or Buddy Stubbs. When Troy came up, he was what I expected (all good). Next came Mike Nottingham who was amazing; he was like a personal concierge who showed me around the dealership and guided me from department guiding me through the whole experience (thanks Mike). Next came Kelly Tanner helped me pick out a complimentary tee-shirt (thanks) and showed me a helmets and gloves. I told Mike and Kelly that I didn’t want to buy a HD helmet but Kelly showed me the 2016 helmet and then showed me the discounted 2015 model (ok I bought the helmet and gloves). Kelly, I took a ride a little 50 mile ride this morning and the sun was coming up and the sun visor was incredible (thanks Kelly). Next came Yvette Phelps in parts who not only helped me with a parts book, cleaning supplies and a needed Battery Tender but told me about the warrantee of two years on parts purchased in 60 days. I look forward to you call in three or four weeks; I’m thinking of a couple things already (thanks Yvette). Next came Service; Kyle Tooley explained service (I’m Impressed with the 11 Master Technicians). He explained the break-in period and let me know what to expect on my 1000 service and how important it was. I know that service will take care of anything I need (thanks Kyle) BTW: Michael Jackson you are a dancing machine Next came John Weinecke; John will remember me on his wedding anniversary (a little creepy and only JOKING). John is in Finance and knew my birthday (same as his wedding anniversary) so the signing for a loan was completely stress free (thanks John). Next came Dean Moreau; the man who educated me on my new bike. I found this to be the most thorough walk through of anything I’ve ever purchased. He tabbed (perfect I must say) the manual on the important things I should know about. Dean, I walked through everything you showed me this morning and it was so helpful (thanks Dean). Next came Javier Jacone; this is the gentleman who delivered my bike; you have a gem in this young man. JAVIER IS ONE HARD WORKER with a great attitude! Javier delivers and picks up bikes (maybe more) all over the valley and maintains a wonderful attitude even at 8:00PM after driving from the East Valley. He offered to pull the bike into the garage let me know if I had any problems Scottsdale HD was there to help (thanks Javier) Experiences to note: 1) The Gong: Embarrassing but AMAZING!!! 2) A framed picture with my new Fat Boy Lo S Others to note: Becca Alexopoulos who answered the dealership phone was able to give me individuals names so I could thank them. She informed me that Google and Yelp Reviews and were the best way to share me experience (thanks Becca) Erika Farinas – I had submitted two separate quotes and let Erika know I had gone through Eric since I spoke to him first. Buying my Street Glide from H-D of Scottsdale was the best purchasing experience Ive ever had. From start to finish the whole process went smooth. Everyone I came across was friendly. I walked through the entire dealership just to look around to see everything, the place is huge. Not once did anyone pressure me to buy, but everyone I passed acknowledged my wife and I by saying hello and asking how we were doing. Immediately we felt welcomed. When I was ready, I approached Brian to talk about purchasing a motorcycle. He then referred me to Danny. From the beginning Danny was awesome. He gave us the tour of the whole dealership on the way to underground storage where the Street Glide I was interested in. He talked about the history of the dealership, the owner, and the charity work the dealership does, all fascinating. From there we talked about purchasing. Danny personally took us to every department in the dealership to meet the people, everyone was amazing. My wife and I purchased the Street Glide that night. What stood out with me the most about Danny was his honesty and integrity. He never tried pushing anything on my wife and I. He answered our many questions without hesitation or frustration, and bent over backwards to help us get the motorcycle we wanted and ensure we were satisfied. We dealt with Brian with the financing. Brian is another stand up guy. He worked hard to help us be able to purchase the motorcycle. Jon helped us with the warranty and he was great, super friendly. Keep in mind by the time we finished with everything it was about an hour and a half past closing. These guys didnt miss a beat, their hospitality was top notch. They really did treat us like family and I am truly grateful for that. I would also like to acknowledge Paul and Alex in parts. They were truly great guys and helped me with all my questions. Cory in sales was also really helpful. This buying experience was the best one in my life and the people from H-D of Scottsdale go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy. I not only got a new Street Glide from them, but I also walked away with some new friends.

Hey all, Arizona Bike Week what a blast! Hope everyone enjoyed it as much as my wife & I did, it’s been a couple years since we got check everything out. Guess your wondering why this has a place on here. What better place to give a shout out to my friends at Harley Davidson of Scottsdale, without them Arizona Bike Week would’ve be the same for us. How is that your wondering? As I said it’s been couple years since I made it out due to a motorcycle accident that left me disabled. While there on Friday an issue arose that regular event workers were unclear about, too a point where I couldn’t get the answer I was looking for. I decided to phone Harley Davidson of Scottsdale, I was directed to the on site tent and told to speak with Tiffany the manager. Tiffany and her apparel staff were awesome, very friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns, she went out of her way to inform me about signing up for their regular newsletter, this wouldve gave me all the information I needed. I recommend it to all you bike lovers. Before I left Tiffany and her staff set my wife and I up in a manner that I never expected, making our day there on Saturday more enjoyable than we anticipated. I’ve been a motorcyclist all my life. Over the years I have not always been treated the best and found that all dealers are not the same. How many times how many times have you got frustrated going from dealer to dealer? Wouldn’t it be nice to go to the same place and have staff that knows you by name. After talking with Tiffany, getting to see how the staff at Harley Davidson of Scottsdale took care of their customers and answered questions, I was sold. If you have questions about apparel, or need to order things you’ve seen, but don’t know how to get your hands on. If you need parts, service or are ready to buy. I would recommend Harley Davidson of Scottsdale. I know there are many dealerships out there and a lot of times you’ll see the same things, but it’s the staff that really makes us be loyal customers.
