I picked my bike up about an hour ago from Mid City Cycle. Mid City Cycle kept my bike for 3 months the paint job wasnt even two weeks old. They left it in the sun and in the rain. Its all rusted now! They destroyed the paint job. By the appearance it looks as if my bike was thrown in a trash heap with the scrapes and gashes out of the paint. They didnt even bother to do the work on my bike. The owner did not keep his word. I posted the pictures of the damage to the bike it had been detailed when it was dropped off look at it now. The owner wouldnt answer phone calls or reply to messages. I went down there several times finally just taking my bike. Mid City Cycle did not keep their word did not do the work and destroyed the bike. job. They are relocating to I-17 and Bell stay away from them if you care about your bike.

bad expereince very rud custermer service. I personly whent to fix my rear tire to change my ball bearings they forgot to put the rod with in the bearings. Went back next day casher was very rud telling me its not there fault they said "not my fault buddy all the parts not given to me dont care". And they still tried to charge me!

I am on both sides of the fence. On one hand he always had the tube I needed in Stock. But yet I have been waiting for a new rim for so long that now I dont need it cause the bike frame broke in two places and sold it for parts. So now Im gonna see about some tires today. Fingers crossed.

gold wing gods steve has old school knowledge for many bikes and will help out the best he can attude aiways depends on what u get back bike shop not fru fru shop so give them a try i have used them for years and allways been happy once agin midcity u rock keep it up Bark Bark

Well I have only been there twice 1st time didnt have what I needed but second time they had what I was looking for and Im going back today cause I need another innertube so a better review is pending on if they have it in stock or not.

Extremely rude over the phone . I ask for the price of a motorcycle part and guy give me an estimate of $200 and up. I ask how higher? . He responded I dont know how high, and hang up the phone ..
