MOTO CITY technicians are the best! I am towing a 25ft travel trailer with an F350 long bed truck so I have room in the truck for a generator and propane tank. I wanted the most flexibility of use in case Im boondocking for a month at a time. Sometimes Im traveling with a group so I wanted to be able to recharge everybody with a single unit if I wanted. I bought a YAMAHA EF3000ISEB 3000 WATT INVERTER GENERATOR WITH BOOST TECHNOLOGY from Moto City Yamaha dealer in Anthem, AZ just north of Phoenix. This is an electric start very very quiet, high quality machine which runs at lower rpm until it senses an increased demand at which time it responds. So most of the time it is running very low rpm until I turn on the microwave or ac or both, then it quickly increases output. It has an electric start which saves shoulders and I had the dealer install a remote control so I can start and stop while im in my 25 ft trailer, yes Im a little lazy but I hate getting hot and having to go start the gen to operate my AC for an hour. I also had them install a conversion kit to propane so that I dont have to have gasoline or fuss with carburetor issues ever! It runs a little quieter this way and it easier to deal with fuel and after many years in emergency response, I have a healthy fear of gasoline, it is explosive and messy to deal with. The propane is tank is much easier to handle, I get propane anyway and it produces virtually no exhaust smell. This was not a cheap route for a gen set, a little cheaper than an ONAN diesel, but much quieter and less exhaust and less maintenance. And since it was all done by an Moto City which is an excellent Yamaha dealer it is safe, under warranty and any Yamaha repair shop will love the setup and work on it. Again not cheap or small, but super flexible for multiple uses and super quiet and reliable. And also almost no greenhouse gas emission for those that are interested. Seriously, I run it while its in the truck bed with a canopy. It is so quiet that you can hardly hear it 20 ft away.

LOOK NO FURTHER! If you are in the market for a new motosports toy, go see Don Little and company at MotoCity Anthem. He will take care you without any of the hassle ALL the other dealers in STATE so graciously provide you with. I was able to get a quote off their website and Don replied within an HOUR with a stock level AND Out-the-door price! And low and behold, OTD means OTD at MotoCity. NO OTHER DEALER in the STATE could even come close to the deal Don provided. The other dealers all gave the "we would be losing money at that price" BS. Hey, guess what "other dealers" if its all about maximizing profits on EVERY unit, then you are right, HOWEVER, MOVING units also creates profit via volume of units sold, maybe not at the level of greedy you guys might be at, but profit is profit. My whole deal was done via email and HONORED once I walked in the door. I drove from NE Mesa all the way to Anthem and once I got there, Don had my bike set aside and ready to be prepped. Did the whole paperwork dance and was in and out within about an hour (it was midweek, so they probably had only one tech in the service area which may have been why there was a slight delay in final prep of my bike). The drive was definitely worth it! I got what I was looking for without any hassle and the transaction went smoothly. If I could give a 10 star rating I would. Go see Don @ MotoCity Anthem he will make sure you get what you are looking for without the drama and hassle. I was out the next day riding my new dirt bike THANKS AGAIN DON @ MOTOCITY!!! BRRAAAAAAAAPPPPP!!!!!!

I have to say, this dealership is amazing! We shopped for a YXZ from a couple of different dealerships and nothing compared price or service to these guys! We went back and forth on the 16 vs the 17 because of the difference in price vs. transmission. Don went above and beyond, never pressuring us in the slightest to make a deal. We were leaning towards the 17 because of the sport shift so Don offered to put a Rekluse clutch in the 16 just to see if we would like it and save us some money! That right there is the wow factor that convinced us these guys were legit. With no commitment to buy, he offered to spend $1k+ and install an aftermarket part on a new unit just to make sure we were happy with what we selected. They have definitely earned a loyal customer for years to come.

They took my spring tool out of the box and kept the tool. They told us they wouldnt charge us certain fees and they did that is lying to a customer. The owner told me if I talked about being a Christian he wouldnt talk to me again. For all the crap they have done to us we are finished with this store. How can you go in and be honest and they completely disrespected me. I ride with God. I dropped my bike in their parking lot because the bike was not adjusted to the height properly. I had to replace farrings and many parts. They were not willing to take any responsibilty for their screw up. Is there anyone out there who can help me get my money back from Suzuki for the damage done? This was not my fault. Thats it I am done!

Cocky and insulting! They think very highly of themselves and it shows in their arrogance. Offering a great financing option but dont bother if you have a trade and dont want to be low balled. Aftermarket accessories on your trade? Take them off before you go see Don and his crew as they wont include it it in their offer. And if you bring them a RZR ad a trade you may as well have walked in trying to trade a bag of poop! Wont be back regardless of the "deal". Human kindness and humility, common courtesy and bumblebees go a long way and you wont find that here.

Purchased two bikes from these guys, the best service I have ever received from a dealer, they went above an beyond. I had an issue with my bike and they took care of everything contacted the manufacture and fixed the issue. Im not used to service like this. That is why I came back and purchased another from them. They have excellent service after the sale, unlike other places where after they get your money youre an after thought. My boy will be riding soon and will be purchasing a bike from Motocity.

Eric S. was awesome couldnt have made me any happier. I got an astounding price for my YXZ1000r and he went way out of his way to deliver it to my house. Met the other sales staff as well as the service guys and everyone was fantastic, I was in the bike selling industry so my standards for no BS are high. All my referrals and recommendations will go to Eric and MotoCity in Anthem, well worth the drive to not deal with Ride Now!
