Id rather not post anything, but Ive reached my breaking point and id like to spread the truth about this place. I worked at North Valley for 2.5 years. After putting in my two weeks, management and some coworkers treated me as if I had done something completely wrong. Taking and hiding my personal belongings, harassing me with calls and messages, management telling my girlfriend that I was possibly cheating on her, keeping my last paycheck without any sort of discussion or reasoning. Throughout the years Ive worked there, Ive promoted the business more than anyone after hours, across the state racing and on social media. North valley has changed completely in the past months, due to extremely poor management. Business has plummeted, good coworkers have been fired or quit. One of the most shady experiences with the company, was a fundraising for a cancer patient. I had talked back and forth with the patient for a period of 3 months after money was raised. The family had contacted me and told me they had never received it or heard anything from any manager at north valley. I had asked management, repeatedly, over those 3 months what the status of the donation was and I could never get a straight answer on the status of the thousands of dollars raised. If youre someone thinking about working there I would highly suggest another option. I was taken for granted and unappreciated for the hard work and good knowledge I had brought to the place. And from this experience, I would suggest anyone to not spend a dollar in this place. Ive never been treated with such disrespect from an employer in my life and for some reason they are still trying to disrupt my personal life. I have stayed great friends with people that have worked there in the past and we all can agree this business is a terrible place from deep inside.

Ive purchased 4 bikes here and have had them serviced here at times as well. Every time I went in I got great service and a good deal on my purchases. My most recent purchase was handles by the sales manager. I was in a right spot and needed a bike for transportation (WAY cheaper than cars, and hey, more fun too). Well, he was able to get me approves for financing and got me riding in a day. Great right? Well, not really. I got jacked as it turns out... I had a history with this shop, so I didnt question the price. They had always done well by me before. Why does it matter? My bike got stolen after only a few months. I researched the value in order to prepare myself for the adjuster. Turns out that I was sold the bike for about 2k OVER msrp. I put $1,500 down on the purchase (on a bike with a $7,500 msrp) thinking I was doing well. I guess I was just helping a greedy manager line his pocket. Long story short: watch these guys and haggle your ass off! Otherwise they will take you for all they can... As a repeat customer over several years, Im very disappointed. I will no longer recommend them to anyone. Not anyone I like at least, haha!

I arrived about fifteen minutes before closing time, looked for a parts department, stood at a counter near the back of the store and waited and waited and waited, I am sure the guy on the phone saw me as there was no one else (I could be wrong after all he was on a cell phone). After the feeling of I am in a scene from the "walking dead" did I decide to leave as apparently every one was pulling bikes.(The three males I passed walking from my truck to the front counter one whom was sitting on 4 wheeler, At 62" and 250+ I am not easy to miss. Only when I decided that there was no one there qualified to help(no one said welcome ,hello, some one will be with you ...etc....) so I decided to leave I was about half way to the door when out of thin air I was asked if some one was helping me. At this point I already decided they were too busy trying to go home . I do not own a Honda I will not recommend them to any one , not even as a joke. The only reason they get one star is I had to click on it. I would have had a better reaction to "we are closed". I went to Ride now and was greeted within seconds once I walked through the door.

I own a large touring Honda which needed a 24000 mile service. After the service, just prior to driving away from the shop, I asked the service manager if the tires had been checked. He assured me they had been. I then drove about a block and a half when my tire pressure light came on indicating low tire pressure. I immediately returned to the shop and the tires were checked. A nail was found in the tread of the rear tire but it had not punctured through into the tire. What had cause the problem was the technicians tire gauge was improperly calibrated. After talking to the owner about the situation, I returned to get my bike. In addition the getting the bike, I also received a very cold and disrespectful silent treatment from all the service staff. I will be getting my bike serviced elsewhere even though Ill be driving much further from my home.

I am the new owner of a 2009 Kawasaki Vulcan 2000 Custom LT. Though its been a great bike, I do have a challenge finding Aftermarket Custom Parts... Many choices out there for Harley, Indian, Victory, etc... Not so much for the Big Vulcan. I met Russ in the Parts Dept, about a Month ago. He took it as a Personal challenge to Locate Highway Bars, and passenger floorboards. My searches on line would often end with, No Matching parts for my Specific Bike. He actually texted me from his home, while researching for my parts, on his own time !! Not sure who was more pleased when parts arrived , and were a perfect fit, Russ or me. Staff here is great, but he really went the extra mile... They have a Customer for Life. I recommend you give them a try... Safe Motoring. Greg E.

Ive been to all of the Honda dealers in the valley for parts or repair. In my opinion they suck when it comes to service, except North Valley. It was a pleasure working with Kyle their service manager. He used to be a mechanic and he has a passion for motorcycles, He confirmed the what thought the problem was. He suggested a couple inexpensive maintenance item, which would be cheap to complete. while the bike was apart. I dropped it off while before I left town, so they could work in to what they had scheduled. I planned to pick up in 5 days. He had it done and ready the next day. They are the only Honda Dealer in the Phoenix area, I will be spending my money with in

This place was great from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable in every possible way imaginable. Extremely easy people to work with. I am astounded that a new bike purchase was as easy as they made it. Erin, the salesman I had dealt with personally, wasnt pushy at all and helped me in every way I asked. The whole transaction took less than an hour from start to finish. Please, if youre reading this, go to these guys instead of a huge location like "scamnow peoria". Dont the mistake I did initially. North Valley Honda is phenomenal. Thanks so much for the Versys
