Worst experience my family has ever had. We went in to buy furniture expecting good quality " Brand New" funiture only to find out that we where given the display models which had defects. We told the delivery men and they told us that they would be back the following day, we also contacted the store and they said the same thing as the delivery men. But this situation only gets entirely worse, we come to find out that the furniture which was a couch and recliner had at least one mouse in it if not two. There were rat droppings and tears in the furniture where they burrowed through. Our house is always clean and we have never had this problem. My mother has COPD and lung disease so we are constantly on top of our house cleaning and we know it came from the store because outside we took pictures where theres rat dropping next to the furniture they store. Now we still have the furniture except its wrapped in plastic, we are sitting on the floor and here it is going on two weeks that we have tried to rectify the situation with them. we have been patient we have been polite we have been kind but we have received nothing but antagonistic, bully managers. They told us that we have to wait another week to receive furniture and that they can do nothing for us except for give us a discount on future furniture that is a joke you think we want to buy furniture that we know might have rats in it. Since they think that this is a joke we are contacting the BBA, The Los Angeles County Health Department, Consumer Affairs, the Whittier Chamber of Commerce and the media. I think that if we take these measures they will pay attention to us and they will rectify the situation. I hope that anybody else who buys furniture from this place does not experience anything like this but I also hope if you are reading this review you shop somewhere else, Living Spaces Ikea and deardens all offer better deals and have better furniture and at this point Im positive better customer service and less rats. I recently bought the furniture from Michaels Furniture for our new home. They have got a good collection of furniture pieces. They provide the best services we could get in the town. I bought dinning set for living room, poufs and lamps for bedroom. Dinning set image i attached below.
