I had a great experience at JCPenny Outlet. I bought a very nice leather recliner and the girls that work there were great and took thier time helping me. I do customer service for a living and know what it takes, and the people that work here made ME feel valued, from the girls that helped in the showroom to the guys that help me load my purchase. I saved 75% on my purchase on top of great customer service......better than I have received at much higher end stores where you cant find anyone interested in helping you....JCPenney outlet will be the first place I go the next time I need something for my home. You guys were great! Thank You!

The folks at this store (furniture outlet) bent over backwards to find 2 love seats the same - same size, same color and same style. They even checked in-coming inventory and found a second seat to match the one we already found on the floor. We appreciate good sales people!! Thanks And the price was right.

We are very happy with our shopping experience at JCP Outlet. Last year we bought a memory foam mattress and today a dresser. I really think you get a great deal for your money. The guys load the furniture and are very nice!

Not worth your time. Employees sitting around on furniture for sale. No assistance. Never ssked if we needed help. Damaged furniture at sale price, which was extremely expensive for what you get.
