Unprofessional appearance (tattoos,piercings,clothes unkempt), Rude (Attitude), Immature. Waited 25 minutes at customer service line before being asked if I needed assistance. Had 4 employees congregate at a register next to me talking about plans at lunch and didnt offer assistance once. Placed an order and was charged twice by manager Yvette. Called after and asked to speak with manager, and Yvette hung the phone up on me. Counted 3 separate groups of employees standing around talking while guests waited in long lines. Will write Better Buisness Bureau about this store.

Couldnt find anything in this target we were looking for. The only reason why Im giving them 4 stars, is because when I picked up the phone to call a store employee to come in assist me this young man went above and beyond we were running all over the store trying to find the items that I needed unfortunately out of three things I asked for this Target in Duarte didnt have anything. But they have it at Target in Rialto

Almost always out of stock of my most needed staple/household items; many staff are unfriendly/wont make eye contact/wont initiate assistance; store appears dingy and poorly lit; lines are usually long with very few checkers available; there is ALWAYS 1+ screaming/tantruming kid(s) somewhere in the store; overflowing trash cans outside in front of the store....need I go on??!

I went up to a cashier and bought two items after the transaction I walked away and said thank you very much as I was walking away she said what did you call me and I said thank you very much it wasnt a pleasant experience I kept my mouth shut and kept walking it bothered me so later I went back to the store to tell the manager what happened

Ive applied here 3 times already and no call but yet they have adds wanting people for the type of jobs I have applied and have experience with and I get emails just to be told positions are filled. This Target needs to stop being picky towards hard working people that would better their company if hired.

Decent size Target but seems a little messy to me depending on what isle youre in. The staff here are pretty friendly Ive never had issues. If you live around the surrounding areas with other Target locations this would be my fourth choice to go to depending on what items youre looking for.

I give it a 5 because I never seen a store that actually has a excellent customer service! They are so very helpful to find what you need and actually appreciate you, but they do need more merchandise.

I do love this Target. Usually not crowded, very much a "help yourself" place. Perhaps understaffed though. Checking out is the longest and most difficult part of the experience. Always has been.

The staff is friendly. They help on wherever you need , you dont have to wait that long in line. The only problem for me is that they open at 8am . It would be nice if it was open at least at 7am.

I love the starbucks at this target especially the barista named Dylon I met he was very kind and respectful and helped make my drink quick and just right I will definitely come back again
