I had wanted to register at this Target for my Baby Shower coming up real soon. I was looking forward to doing it since I just moved in the area and its a pretty big Target. It was last minute planning since my fiancee and I work different work schedules we hardly ever have any time to do things together. It was a little before 7pm I had called this Target to check if we could do the registry that night. The guy on the line was not very welcoming, he kept mentioning that they were going to close at 10pm. Which I told him, "Im aware of that, we live in the area and will make it in less than 15 minutes, plus it wont take us more than an hour and a half to register." So I let him know we were on our way and he didnt really exhibit good service, which did raise a red flag in my book but I wanted to get this done already. Then when we get there as Im registering on their computers (which are not the fastest and were giving me a hard time) a girl walks up to us and asks if we are registering. I told her yes and then she tells us their scanners arent working. I told her I called and let the guy know we were coming, why couldnt he have told us that little detail. Well the girl was rude didnt apologize gave us attitude and said, "Well there are other Targets you can go to register." So pretty much I got no apology but I did get a whole lot of attitude from a person who doesnt realize by pushing people to shop at other stores, their store loses profit and customers which results in them not having a job to go to. It is very disappointing, I had high hopes to shop at this store since it was so big but thanks to their poor service I will not step one more foot on this specific store. And I will be telling my friends and family to not shop here because of that incident. That store needs to seriously re-evaluate the people they hire.

Edited (5/21/17) Today I walking from the metro station as target was very messy. Added pictures. One picture walking towards Target as I saw karts everywhere. Hour and half later as I left target as the exact same karts are still there. Another thing, there were no karts in the store infornt as usual be there until I was about to leave store as an employee just put the frist row of karts. But as I was going down the stairs, the karts in the picture when I was leaving...still there. Also you got the karts in the parking lot as you went down stairs on the left side as you cannot miss to see the karts. Same employee Didnt bother with it and walk pass them. Also, before I left I went to use the bathroom as there was feces on the toilet seat on handicapped toilet and toilet next door soaked in pee...all over the seat and floor. So I waited to used urinal, after my business, went to the sink to wash my hands and there no soap in any of the containers and no paper towels to dry hands. This wasnt the first time either. I kept letting it go but over 6 months of two visits pre-month this had been happening of no soap and bathroom partitions doors need fixing.

Nice looking target. Went to buy a bike that was supposed to be in stock, but wasnt on display. One of the employees was very helpful and tried hard to find the bike for me. Unfortunately, he couldnt find it and my lunch break was already over, so I called off the search. Since my lunch break was already over, I wouldnt be able to stop anywhere else for food, so I proceeded to the cafe. The cafe employee appeared to be preparing someone elses meal, so I patiently stood there. About 2min went by and she was still busy, but failed to acknowledge me although she had passed me a few times. A simple "Ill be with you in a moment" goes a long way. As my patience wore, some rude punk walks up to the counter and asks for water. She unenthusiastically responds, so I walked away. I rarely give reviews, but I felt compelled to do so because I left there without a bike, lunch, and got back to work late.

Ive been shopping at this Target since it opened. Its rarely crowded and very local for me. I much rather shop here then Walmart as the prices are comparable, I can walk there, selection is about the same if not better and they give a portion of the proceeds back to the community. I went here for Black Friday in 2010 and it wasnt overly crowded and got 90% of what I went for. They staffed the checkouts well (during busier hours smaller baskets can be checked out at the Pharmacy, Customer Service Counter or food counter) and was in and out in less then an hour. Theres a Starbucks inside but tend to go to the one across the street. They also have a nice frozen food section and a decent fresh produce and dairy area. Not a whole lot of negatives here except maybe long check out lanes but can be circumvented by using alternative checkout locations (see above).

I live less than 2 minutes away and would rather drive 15-20 to another. I am continuously disappointed in employees with lazy attitudes who avoid helping customers. Last time I came, I was in a line of 10 people waiting to be rung up while the cashier moved slowly, made sure to complain about working so hard, and continuously asked another to open his register while HE tinkered with items instead of opening up. Today I had the customer service representative blatantly ignore me for 2 minutes as I was the only one in line waiting to make a return. She made a snarky comment about ringing me up (with 12 items) when I first asked, then offered after the fact. No thanks! Id rather drive 10 minutes to Walmart and let you lose business.

I love this Target!! I came upon it when exploring stops along the Metro Gold Line with my boyfriend. Its right next to the stop in downtown Azusa, so we saw it from the train and wanted to stop to check it out because of how cool it looks! It must be just about brand new. Its bi-level set up with the parking garage at the lower level and the store on the second level was a really interesting design! The big target logo above the huge escalators I thought was a great design. I love Target already, and I love this one especially!

Very disappointed in store pick up experience in Azusa target ! Target usually have good customer service, however, the staffs in this store are very slow and not professional both in the store and on the phone. They made me wait for more than half hour to check my online order, and finally told me to come back next time because they didnt see my order. The next day, I called to make sure my orders were okay first They put me on hold for several times and eventually it took them more than 30 minutes to locate the order for me.
