Purchased a La-Z-Boy Greyson Power, Leather recliner early May for $1777.49 base price. Brian, calling himself mgr. told us how no one else can sell their products and why they are the best. Guarantee on the contract states they will pay the difference if found for a lower price for same item. We found Mathis Brothers sold exact item for $1149.95 base price, within the one mo. period. We go into the store to claim our $627.54 difference and find out Brian is not really the Mission Viejo Manager. Diane Lakin is there with her card stating she is the store mgr. She admits her rent is high and cannot meet that price! But will check with "district Mgr" and probably get it approved. Diane calls several days later, good news I can get you a $125 rebate, but since the chair was delivered and in your home, we cannot meet that price. The 30 day guarantee does not apply! But if you had origionally come in with the Mathis Brothers price at the time of purchase, we would have honored it! So buyers be ware.....go to Mathis Brothers who ARE authorized La-Z-Boy dealers and give the same terms and guarantees!

We had nothing but bad luck with Lazy boy. We bought a sofa and a recliner from them 2 years ago and less than a month after we started to sink through. So we did what any smart person would do. We went back to the store and demanded our money back but they said that they wouldnt but would let us exchange the furniture for new ones so we did. We however had the same problem again so we had to use pillows to sit on top of it and we fought against the headquarters for two years and finally won our money back a month ago and our now living comfortably with our living spaces furniture.

This is a NO star review. We purchased two recliners 15 months ago and the foam in the footrest is completely collapsing and the stitching is coming apart where the seat meets the footrest on both recliners. I have NEVER seen such poor quality workmanship in chairs that cost $2,000 each!!! We are completely shocked. To make things worse I have now been told that we have to PAY EXTRA to get someone out here to take a look and decide if they can be repaired. DO NOT BUY LAZ-Z-BOY FURNITURE. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR QUALITY AND WORKMANSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was really looking forward to receiving my recliner sofa. I can feel the metal frame through the padding. I went back into the store to check the sample couch against the one I received. You cannot feel the metal frame in the sample. I talked to the manager about it and now I am being referred to customer service. I am hoping this matter can be resolved.

No more La-Z-Boy for me we bought 2 leather recliners in 2014 and the leather is starting to peel off the back (where the head rest is). We went to the local store and they said that the particular leather that we bought, they no longer carry. Sorry!!
