Very comfortable chairs. Wasnt easy to afford but I went for it. The night of delivery the electrical recline switches stopped working. They wouldnt accept a return! Waited almost 2 weeks for repairman. He ordered a part which took 2 weeks to come. And now I have to call them again to set up another appt. Everyone there totally unapologetic. Spoke to manager of the store in Duarte who promised hed call me back and didnt. Dont expect civil behavior from these folks!!!!!

terrible materials, terrible help, LA-Z BOY expects the customer to replace and repair any problems that result from poor craftsmanship Be aware of this lack of integrity. Be forewarned and go somewhere else!
