Bought curtains online, and had it have it shipped to the store. Took about a week, and got an automated phone call saying it was available to come pick up. Came and the guy took about 20 minutes to go inside to try to find it. When he came out, he said it hasnt arrived yet, the phone call was a mistake and itll come in a couple of days. So a few days later I got the same phone call and I came to pick it up again, and it was ANOTHER mistake. I was furious and he said there was nothing he could do. I got another automated phone call recently and I called the guy and he just told me to ignore it. Again he said nothing he could do. Waste of time and gas going back and forth. Horrible experience.

Really awesome staff, selection and prices (esp during sales and with JCP card). Bought everything from bed to shutters to plates. Everything was really good quality and we can tell its gonna last for a long time.
