DOING HONORABLE BUSINESS ON A HAND SHAKE AND A PROMISE MEANS NOTHING TO THIS COMPANY. I bought a used truck (07 Silverado) that the nest day when I used the AC put out the smell of wires burning. I tried to locate the source but could not. A couple of days later when I used the AC I smelled it again and then thick black acrid smoke started blowing out of the dash into my wifes face causing to start chocking. I took my wife home and immediately took the truck back to the dealership. They said they would make it right and after being looked at by their mechanics, for a mere $310.00 it could be fixed.???? they sold me a bad truck and then waved the "AS IS" in my face and ask me how would like to pay for the repairs. NO HONOR, NO INTEGRITY at this dealership and probably not at any other McDaniel dealership. Go, na, run to a different dealership.

Was interested in a 4runner and was emailing a salesman. Was told the car was in great shape. Asked for a carfax 3 times and request was ignored. Finally I realized that the carfax was available on their website. Salesman told me the car had a clean carfax and no accidents. Car has TWO accidents, including a disabling accident where car had to be towed. I called out the salesman on the "error" and he said he was thinking of another 4runner and it was a simple mistake. Problem is, their ad on the website said NO ACCIDENTS in dealer comments. Also, asked dealer why the vehicle was priced $2,000 higher than Kelly Blue Book, NADA, and Edmunds TMV, and he told me those numbers were basically meaningless. Two stars since I did not actually visit the dealership.

I showed up after hours on a Saturday unexpected and found a Silverado 2500 I was very interested in. To my surprise there was still a salesman inside finishing up his last sale of the day and he saw me pull up to window to check hours. He walked out and asked me if I needed help and asked me to step inside. So, I did and they worked a deal right then and there and I got the truck of my dreams. Very satisfied with there effort to get me in the vehicle I desired. Only negative I have is that after deal was finalized and they hand me the keys, I get only one key fob for the $50,000 vehicle I just purchased instead of the two it came with. Heres praying they make it right...

We bought our first car from McDaniel Toyota a few years ago and I just drove home with our newest last week. Both purchases were flawless with everyone being both friendly and professional. Over the years Ive had the range from good to bad experiences with dealerships but until Ive started dealing with McDaniel I cannot say that Ive ever experienced great. During our last purchase I was amazed that someone was actually taking over an hour to show me every detail of my new truck, he even set up the BlueTooth between my phone and truck. Im fully planning on my next purchase being with McDaniel Toyota and already recommend them to family and friends.

Best car purchase we have ever had! We worked out a price over the phone before we drove 40 minutes to the dealership to purchase a 2015 Corolla. I was afraid to go in right before close because I didnt want to be rushed into purchasing a car. They never once rushed us, gave us their undivided attention, zero hassle, gave us more for our trade in than we expected. All around a great experience that gave me some faith in car salesmen again. We have had some terrible experiences in the past and I dread car shopping, but I would be a repeat customer in a heartbeat with these guys. I would recommend them to anyone.

Recently my sons car (a VW) experienced problems on a Friday night and he was towed to McDaniel Toyota. We contacted the service department on Monday morning and they were already looking to solve the problem. They ended up not finding anything and called me to let me know that they didnt see a problem and why the car had possibly acted the way it did. How much did this cost me? Nothing. Being from out of town they could have told me anything and taken advance of me. They did not. They were very truthful and honesty. I thank them for that.

After 2yrs of free Toyota service on my tundra, I did my first oil change today. What I found was all fasteners on the skid shield and splash shield were overtorqued. The splash shield grommets were stripped out and will cost me $6 apiece to replace. The oil filter cartridge housing was torqued to twice the recommended 25 ft pounds. I know their technitions are probably pressured to complete these services as fast as possible, but using impact drivers to overtorque fasteners only damages the vehicle. I will be doing my own service from now on.

Very disappointed. I exchanged emails with the online sales staff specifying the exact make and model I wanted. She assured me that they had what I was looking for. So I drove the 40 miles to/from Marion only to be met by sales staff who had no information on what I wanted and only seemed interested in trying to interest me in a new car. Shoddy and disrespectful business practice. Needless to say, I bought elsewhere.

Service department was fast with diagnosis, the service manager Adrian was super friendly and helpful. Techs performed fast and efficient without hiccup and am completely satisfied with my experience. Oh, did I mention they were way cheaper then Mathews
