I was encouraged to do my review when i first purchased the car but I decided to give it a few days. Anyhow, I bought my car from this location on saturday 3/21 and received great service from Nicole and Mohamed. They were smiling and answered all of my questions happily even though I asked about 100! They made me feel comfortable and I didnt feel pressured even though it was close to closing time. I give them five stars! However, on wednesday I called in because I wanted to look at another car. As you know, they have the 5 day return which is amazing. My car doesnt accelerate like I like and I wanted something with a smoother ride. I spoke to Carla on the the phone who was nice and connected me to David who told me to come in and he would be happy to show me other options. I called back about 30 mins with additional questions and Carla connected me to Bernard. Bernard was very rude. He made me feel like looking at other options was a hassle. My cars purchase price is 11k and the car I was interested in seeing is 14k. He told me I had to pay the difference in price as a down payment making me total down payment the $1100 I already put down plus 3k. I asked for clarification and he become rude and basically tried to persuade me not to come in and not get a better car. I have a hard time believeing the down payment for the car was 4100 when an SUV I initally looked at was 3k down. Anyhow, regardless of how much it costed, there was no reason to be rude and it amazes me how people work in customer service without customer service skills. All in all, I did not go in to trade my car so Im not exactly happy with my purchase but im glad I have a decent car. So I gave them 3 stars given I feel that it was a hassle for them to live up to their end of the deal and who knows how it will be in the future when I need repairs or anything from them.

I would say that the staff is nice my salesperson was Josie and she was very helpful but they are really crooked they sold me a 2008 Nissan Sentea which seems it could be a realiable car. Prior to purchasing the car I noticed a few small things like the hood wouldnt close properly and after 2 attempts (Me coming back 2 days in a row) they claimed they fixed it and it seemed fixed but four days after my purchase I took it to Pep Boys to have oil change and the mechanic could not get it to close. Which leads to my next issue. I requested the salesperson to have the oil changed before my purchase during my visual inspection I noticed the engine dipstick was very dirty with oil and very low. Josie the sales lady asked her manager what he would be able to do that and he said no but he could give me a free tank of gas in exchange. I refused and explained I would be uncomfortable with driving off the lot with it. Josie asked me to return the next day and she would get it taken of. I returned the next day and unfortunately they did not get the issue resolved and simply had Tiffy top off the fluids in the vehicle. I was told they could do nothing else about it and that the oil was changed. I accepted it because I am no mechanic but followed my instinct and had it changed elsewhere. I wouldnt recommend them just because the requests I had were simple and they lied to their consumer.

Called and spoke with Matt, sent me info. on a BMW, sent text messages back and forth, made appointment to see and test drive car for 7pm Wednesday, March 16th, but Matt said stop in any time, anyone could help me. Even sent an e-mail during the day stating he was excited to pair me with my next car! Showed up at 7:20pm, walked in, several employees doing something on a computer, barely was able to get their attention. I was surprised to find that one of them was Matt. No one offered to go out and show me the car, after going out alone and looking it over I had to go back in and ask for the keys just to see the interior. Asked to test drive it, was told someone may be available in a "few minutes", after waiting 30 minutes I left and went home. I need to mention that I drove 25-30 minutes each way just to get there. I am planning on paying cash and spending approximately $15,000.00, but my money wont be going to this organization! Matt told me that the sales guys basically get paid a salary, vs. commission, maybe they should rethink their system, the sales guys just arent hungry enough to make a sale, they must be doing fine with just their salary, and the cars can just continue to sit there and not get sold. I wont be going back or suggesting this place to anyone I know.

I came in as a drive in two weeks ago after seeing a pretty Mercedes SUV. After going inside I was met by a nice African American gentleman that was really helpful and nice. After seeing the car on the inside he asked me if I would like to test drive it which I agreed. After turning it on, it automatically turned off. He then said it was out of gas so I waited for him to get gas. After filling it, it still didnt work so he had to take it back to the shop. This right here is a terrible sign, why would they display a car that doesnt work? What repairs did they do to this? I came back today and I met with a short white male that sat me down and told me I had to do a credit check if I wanted to test drive it. What? I had just driven a $35,000 at the Kelly BMW and two weeks earlier I was going to drive the SUV at the same store with no credit check. I told him that I was not going to damage my credit if I just wanted to test drive a car. My credit score is above 700 and I had the money to buy that car cash that day, so his loss. Take aways from this experience: -Drivetime shows car that are not in working condition or fixes them enough for them to work for a few days. -You have a 50% chance you will get a rude and judgmental associate. -Cars are overpriced and in bad shape.

I needed a car, my daughter Erissa, *which has one with yall)and other people said go...I was turned down everywhere I went so I came on in....I got to drive time and I was handed over to Nick and he was easy going, and Nick made me feel really good about my chances. He did all the paperwork and in between questions he was getting a feel of what I liked. He personally took to what I was saying and hit the nail on the head, because after I was approved, his first car he showed me was my car.....he showed me 3 other cars and I said no I want the first car....and as we test drove it, I told him I was "SAYING YES TO THE CAR"... I was going to get it on the 30th of December, but because Nick worked on my behalf to get the right car out the box, I moved things around and came up with the 500 and walked in the office to get my car! Wonderful sales rep, Nick is, but know he took it a step further, and personalized my experience with Drive Time. Thank you, Nick outstanding job.
