Be very careful buying a used car here. Was lured in by an odyssey that supposedly they had done all the needed maintenance to before posting for sale. Sounded like a good deal. It honestly was the going rate for the vehicle but the others didnt have any record of the timing belt being done or anything else. The first time I started it, to go for a test drive, it sounded weird. The salesperson said they would have it checked out. A few minutes later they said it was good to go. I thought, "ok, lets take her for a ride." Went fine. nice van. Turns out the sound was the beginning of the problems-a known issue with the timing belt tensioner. The power steering pump ended up being replaced, they replaced that 2xs. since then.. under warranty, but still a pain in the butt since they are 1.5 hours away. The timing belt they replaced just got replaced again(at my cost, $1100.00, 14 months later because they didnt replace the tensioner when they did the work. The tensioner was the original noise I heard. They said that they dont replace that automatically. "They inspect it." They said, "sorry. not under warranty." so, my thoughts are BUYER BEWARE. They take serious shortcuts to sell a vehicle. Dont trust their work and dont trust their word. They are after the $. PS. They replaced the front brake but on the first service by a different Honda they recommended rear brakes. So they skimped here too.

I bought a 2009 honda pilot from this place. When i bought it, i loved it. However i found out that it has an oil consumption issue. They wont do the software update unless the engine light comes on for a fouled plug. I asked if i could just pay them to do the update. But they wont install it unless the engine light comes on and i have to have them do some test every 1k miles. I dont have time to bring it in like that. This place wont work with me. The service department got very rude with me when i was talking to them about it. Not only will i not buy a Honda again. I will never go back to this dealer! This place is a joke! Id like to add that he never took my Vin or my name to know anything about my honda pilot.

I am very picky my car and this dealership gave 4000. more for my trade in that the others and a lower lease price. Thay make good on service & very polite. I am not sure who the 2 other reviews are from but I am very picky and have had 2 cars from them no issues.
