I recently ordered a floral spray for a funeral. Considering that I ordered online the day before the service I was pleased that my order was taken online. I did receive a call from an employee about an hour later stating that the flowers I picked out were not available and would not be in in time to have them delivered in the a.m. She suggested a few other flowers for the medium size spray lilies, roses and or carnations. I expressed that that would work and requested that a dark green ribbon be added. To my disappointment when I attended the service the next morning there was no dark green ribbon, the carnations were closed and the greens were wilted and turned brown. Honestly the spray looked like it was about 4-5 days old - just with flowers that never opened. Although that lady was kind and helpful in suggesting new flowers, however put them together did a lousy job. I do not plan to return.
