I called in to send something for my neices 4th bday. Becca took my call and was so sweet and helpful. She recommended a stuffed animal and balloons instead of flowers-she thought me neice would get a kick of out that. She put me on hold, went and selected 5 different stuffed animals, returned to me and animatedly described each animal to me over the phone and why my neice might like it. In the end we decided on a bunny, with brightly striped feet and floppy ears. She told me she would put a bow around its neck and that it was the perfect size for my neice to "tuck under her arm and carry with her, like little girls like to do". Becca told me she would match the balloons to the bunnys stripes and deliver it straight away. Becca was pleasant, sweet and really wanted to help. Living far away from my neice, its hard to know what you are going to get when you order over the phone. After working with Becca, I felt confident that my order would be exactly what I wanted. I talked to my neice later that evening and she loved it! "Hoppy" was her new best freind and my brother said he was spending the evening keeping the balloons out of the ceiling fan, she was dragging them with her all over the house! I would absolutely call Matlack Florist again, and if I were you, ask for Becca!

When I first got engaged one of the things that I said that I could “skimp” on and “didn’t care about” were flowers. As the months passed by and I spent hours and hours looking at Pinterest ideas and talking to my mom, I decided I did care. After sitting down with a few florists in the West Chester, PA area we decided to go with Matlack’s. Nicole was a pleasure to work with right from the first email I had sent her all the way to my wedding day. Our centerpieces and bouquets were stunningly beautiful. We went on a honeymoon two days after our wedding for a week and when we got back, my bouquet STILL looked beautiful just from keeping it in a vase!! I’m SO glad I cared about my flowers and which florist I went with! If you’re looking for a florist in the West Chester, PA area - look no further!

Matlack Florist was great. Debbie was wonderful. They provided us with wedding flowers. I live in South Jersey but our wedding was held in Malvern. I chose Matlack because they were thorough, reasonable, accepted credit cards, and delivered. Debbie was great in being able to correspond through email, which is really all I could do, since I work in an office 9-5. On the day of our wedding, the flowers arrived on time and were 95% as I had described (There was some subtle blush color in the bridesmaids’ bouquets that was only supposed to be in mine). Since my bouquet was so beautiful, I’m having my mother press it so it can be framed as artwork. I would definitely recommend Matlack Florist and would do business with them again.

I tried to order something online for my girlfriend. She was sick and they said they couldnt deliver it for 3 days. I wanted her to get it today so I called. The woman had NO IDEA what I was talking about. She said they didnt sell what I was looking for and told me I was on the wrong website. I described the site to her and she was like "oh, now youre on the right site." I thanked her for her assistance and told her I would call somewhere else.

My Granddaughters wedding at the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor, NJ (09/24/16) was made more beautiful by the flowers from Matlacks. The amazing "handmade" teardrop swags on the outside pergola brightened up the gray, miserable day! The bouquets and table centerpieces were elegant. Thank you Matlack. . . P.S. Wish I could remember the gals who brought and arranged the flowers, they were wonderful.

Wonderful experience! Everyone was super friendly! Nicole helped me and she was so pleasant on the phone and assured me they could help. Once I was there they had everything ready and Nicole took the time to help me create my centerpiece for a bridal shower Im doing. Everything was perfect and couldnt have been a better smoother experience. Highly recommend these folks!!!!

I ordered flowers for Thanksgiving and spent $90 The person that took my phone order was polite and efficient The arrangement was delivered as expected The arrangement was disappointing-I expected more for $90 Maybe its me but it seemed like an arrangement worth $60-I guess I expected more
