I have used this florist numerous times, but after this experience they have definitely lost a customer. First they lied and stated they couldnt deliver the flowers because the patient was in ICU (which she never was and received other deliveries). Then they stated they tried delivering them and she was already discharged. Long story short they flowers were to be delivered on a Tuesday and just got to the person (Thursday) after I called and complained twice. I wish I could attach a picture, because the arraignment looks like a 1st grader threw the flowers in a vase!

I just used this flower shop... They SUCK!!! The flowers were old & they were nowhere near what I ordered!!! They also spelled "Speedy Recovery" wrong!!! Never again!!! From 1 to 5 stars they get a SUCK IT!!!

What a joke. I dont know how this place is still in business. Absolute dirt quality and shipping. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. And also suggest closing up shop.
