Dirtbag cycles is one of the worst motorcycle shops, Ive ever used. I went in for a simple oil change, check brake pad life,, and to just go over it to make sure it was safe. My bike is a harley chopper. The guy behind the desk was just the mechanic, so he couldnt give me the estimated price for parts and labor. So he told me, he would have the person in charge of the cost, contact me with an estimate before beginning ANY work. Later that day, approximately 4 hours later, he called me and said the bike was ready. I asked for the total cost, and he said about $550.00! I asked them what they did, and he just said replaced drain plug, oil. And oil filter. Nothing else was done that I requested. So I went to the shop and talked to the boss , and he had terrible attitude. He said that he was doing a favor with the cost, because he reduced the cost of labor!!! Can you imagine $550.00 for just an oil change. When I looker at the invoice, the parts were just the cost for oil, filter, and drain plug with was $90.00. So they were charging me for labor which was 5 times the parts cost. A professional shop should make oil changes at a maximum cost of $100.00 for a custom bike, which is still too expensive. Overall I am extremely unhappy with the customer service and will never revisit.

Vince and the guys are great. They do full on customs but also normal repairs etc. Theyve gone above and beyond many times for me already and get my bike back to me quickly. Since I ride daily they set an appointment to minimize the downtime, this is very important to me and I couldnt be happier with their work. Highly recommended by this now lifer customer.

I had a good experience with this shop service wise, but when I checked out my bike at the dealership everything they touched on my bike was coming apart. They do not locktite or torque the parts they install including my front axle! I could have been killed because of their negligence. Beware if you take your bike here...
