The staff is always welcoming and really nice. Their knowledge of gear and products isnt always very high but they are ALWAYS willing to find an answer from someone else if they dont know, which i find very respectable. I am one of the freak riders that ride rain or shine. So I test the gear pretty close to its limits and provide my input to them as well as on their website. When i return something, they are always pleasant and understanding. They do price matching and sometimes will even bend the rules to get the best deal for you. The cons though is i wish they had more gear for women, as every time i go with my girlfriend, we rarely find gear that fits her and meets my safety satisfactions. Lastly, and this cannot be helped by anyone at that store but by the company is BILT makes bad products and they should find another company to sponsor. Sedici is also a common brand there and i love their products. Riding this much, means i expect high quality products.

Has been assisted by a annoyngly very loud voiced small girl upon entering store for specific item looking for. When I asked for assistance she clearly looked disturbed and bothered although she asked me do you need help. She kinda pointed in general direction and said those are the only ones we got and told me she will go there to assist in finding after "doing something". She never came back. I wished her delivery and product knowledge is as loud as her voice. I did not like any of the choices at the spot she pointed me to. However another curly haired black girl showed me alternate location in the where I found exactly what I was looking for. Without second girl I would have left the store empty handed without finding the stuff in alternate location. They should not hire someone like first one I was assisted. It is YMMV situation at this store.

I go to Cycle Gear for most of my motocross purchases. All employees are very helpful and friendly. Managers are often willing to negotiate prices on high priced items. Their return policy is excellent. Ive had to use it a couple of times with motocross gloves that did not fit my hands and pants that ended up tearing on my first ride etc. No matter how much they are used, Cycle Gear will return the item as long as its within the 30 day period. The shop has most everything related to motocross and sales associates are always willing to help. Ive been shopping at Cycle Gear for ten years and I highly recommended it based on my experiences. PS: After reading further reviews, I see that others consider employees over eager to help. If this is so, tell them youll ask when you want their help..and BOOM! theyre gone.

I got my first helmet, a Bell Revolver for less than half the MSRP price. I later went to check some Dainese jackets. The manager, Jay was able to help find the perfect one for me and my riding style. The price of the jacket was a little higher than what I was thinking of paying for one. Jay told me he didnt want me to walk out the store without the jacket. He was able to give me a $175 discount on the jacket. He didnt have to say anything more, so I purchased a top of the line Dainese jacket at a good price. This place has the most apparel, helmets, accessories, etc, than any other Cycle Gear in the area. I am always buying things here. Carlos is also another one of the savvy and helpful sales person there. I highly recommend this place to all motorcycle riders.

I spend a fair amount of money here but what happened yesterday is why I am writing this review. I own a Bilt modular bluetooth helmet that I love. A couple of weeks ago the release for the face shield broke off so I came here looking for a replacement part. I told the clerk what I was looking for and was told they did not have replacement parts but asked If I had the helmet with me. I did and he said "then Ill just replace the helmet with a new one". Yeah, I was shocked. Didnt even ask for a receipt. I walked out of there with a brand new helmet. I know a lot of places that say they warranty their products but these guys really do.

I dont know about all the other cycle gears but for some reason the people that work at this one, 3/4 of them dont even ride and theyre not even knowledgeable about the gear. I was checking out an arai helmet and this one kid comes up to me and goes HEY SPORT HOW YOU LIKE THAT.....(looks at helmet) ARAI? We have tons of accesories and blabh albhalhblahb the second I just picked it up. One time i bought an oil filter and they were like "you should get some oil with that oil filter". ....Yeah i would if i wanted to buy oil here. In short, full of cocky overhelpful bastards

as soon as you walk in the place, you get all the insincere greetings from everyone, even if they arent looking at you. As soon as you start looking at something, some kid that doesnt know jack about bikes / the equipment comes over and starts spouting bs and trying to sell more things. Theres one older guy in there that is reasonable, but hes definitely the odd man out. You are definitely better off to go to some place like zoom, if they have what you want.

Ive never had a bad experience at a CG. A good deal of their products are solid mid range quality/price and Ive been happy with nearly every purchase. Only needed to return a couple items and it was hassle free. A great place to be able to gear up with decent stuff for a reasonable price. If I want fancier gear I go elsewhere, but like most of what they offer

Understaffed store on a Monday morning led to a long wait at the register. Called ahead for a particular part. Assured they had one that would work and was in stock. In person, there was no way the part would work for us - wasting the trip into the store. Reasonable place if you know what you want. Definitely not known for customer service.

The customer service is always top notch. But you may have to wait as this place can get pretty busy. When ever I have a problem I can always count on their help. Theyve helped me with returns, exchanges and product info. I drop on in just to check out the deals they got going on always something new.

Great selection, good prices! Not often you get greeted when you walk in, ask if the y can help and appreciate your business! Miss the times, when all brick and mortar stores operated like this. Highly recommended...thanks fellas!!
